Abstract
一种双齿辊破碎机轴承防尘迷宫密封组件,迷宫密封组件由迷宫内密封圈、外密封圈、橡胶密封垫和轴承挡盖组成,内密封圈扣在外密封圈内,使密封迷宫末端走向呈轴向走向;内密封圈与外密封圈相对应的端面上设有相互嵌扣的环形凸起和凹槽,形成较长的弯曲的迷宫式间隙通道;内密封圈与轴紧配合固定在轴上,外密封圈通过连接螺栓与轴承挡盖固定连接。本实用新型设计新颖、结构简单、成本低廉,性能优良,解决了灰尘进入油道,造成油路阻塞,轴承损坏的问题,延长了破碎机轴承使用寿命,降低了破碎机的故障率,尤其是为原煤系统双齿辊破碎机提供了一种新型的轴承密封装置。

本实用新型涉及一种双齿辊破碎机轴承防尘迷宫密封组件。
背景技术
目前,原煤破碎广泛使用双齿辊破碎机,但轴承密封系统在机架与轴承端盖处都存在着密封不严的情况,迷宫密封末端走向为径向,而破碎机的工作环境较差,煤尘较多,工作时间一长粉尘就会落入迷宫密封末端空隙,进入油道至轴承处,造成油道堵塞,轴承损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种双齿辊破碎机轴承防尘迷宫密封组件,这种密封组件改变了迷宫密封末端走向,延长了粉尘侵入通道的长度,可有效解决现有技术存在的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:迷宫密封组件由迷宫内密封圈、外密封圈、橡胶密封垫和轴承挡盖组成,内密封圈扣在外密封圈内,使密封迷宫末端走向呈径向走向;内密封圈与外密封圈相对应的端面上设有相互嵌扣的环形凸起和凹槽,形成较长的弯曲的迷宫式间隙通道;内密封圈与轴紧配合固定在轴上,外密封圈通过连接螺栓与轴承挡盖固定连接。
在内外迷宫密封圈内加装有橡胶密封垫,以增强密封效果。
本实用新型的积极效果是:设计新颖、结构简单、成本低廉,性能优良,解决了灰尘进入油道,造成油路阻塞,轴承损坏的问题,延长了破碎机轴承使用寿命,降低了破碎机的故障率,尤其是为原煤系统双齿辊破碎机提供了一种新型的轴承密封装置。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,迷宫密封组件由迷宫内密封圈1、外密封圈2、橡胶密封垫6和轴承挡盖8组成,迷宫内密封圈1通过过盈配合套在轴3上,内密封圈1扣在外密封圈2内,使密封迷宫末端走向呈轴向走向;内密封圈1与外密封圈2相对应的端面上设有两道相互嵌扣的环形凸起4和凹槽5,形成较长的弯曲的迷宫式间隙通道;迷宫内外密封圈1、2内加装有橡胶密封垫6以增强密封效果;轴承挡盖8用螺栓7紧固连接在外密封圈2上。这样迷宫密封的末端结合处设计在轴向位置上,改变了已往迷宫密封内外圈末端走向为沿轴径向,粉尘较容易落入迷宫间隙,造成油路堵塞的问题。

1、一种双齿辊破碎机轴承防尘迷宫密封组件,其特征是:它由迷宫内密封圈(1)、外密封圈(2)、橡胶密封垫(6)和轴承挡盖(8)组成,内密封圈(1)扣在外密封圈(2)内,使密封迷宫末端走向呈轴向走向;内密封圈(1)与外密封圈(2)相对应的端面上设有相互嵌扣的环形凸起(4)和凹槽(5),形成较长的弯曲的迷宫式间隙通道;内密封圈(1)与轴(3)紧配合固定在轴(3)上,轴承挡盖(8)通过连接螺栓(7)固定连接在外密封圈(2)上。
