Abstract
酶解罐,包括有罐体,罐体上端设有传动电机,电机上连接有搅拌杆,搅拌杆伸入在罐体内,罐体内壁设有加热盘管,加热盘管的进口端与罐体外的热源管连接,罐体顶端设有进料口、观测孔及散水球,罐体下端设有尾气口,下端设有排料口,酶解罐,所述搅拌杆上安有搅拌叶,能充分搅拌,本实用新型全密封,保温效果好,溶解充分,没污染。

(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及生物制药设备,特别是一种将物料溶化、分解的酶解罐。
(二)背景技术:
目前,在制药时需将物料进行溶化分解,一般有用水泥池盛放,然后在用人工搅拌。这样物料不能密封,气体自然排放,得不到控制,污染环境。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供了一种全密封,保温效果好,没污染的酶解罐。
本实用新型具体方案是:酶解罐,包括有罐体,其特征在于:罐体上端设有传动电机,电机上连接有搅拌杆,搅拌杆伸入在罐体内,罐体内壁设有加热盘管,加热盘管的进口端与罐体外的热源管连接,罐体顶端设有进料口、观测孔及散水球,罐体下端设有尾气口,下端设有排料口。
酶解罐,其特征在于:所述搅拌杆上安有搅拌叶,搅拌充分。
本实用新型全密封,保温效果好,溶解充分,没污染。
本实用新型的原理是:将物料经过高温并补充辅料蛋白酶的情况下,将其搅拌均匀,溶化、分解。

参照图1:本实用新型用不锈钢制作罐体1,罐体上端设有传动电机9,电机上连接有搅拌杆10,搅拌杆上安有搅拌叶11,搅拌杆伸入在罐体内,罐体内壁设有加热盘管5,加热盘管的进口端8与罐体外的热源管连接,罐体顶端设有进料口3、观测孔4及散水球2,罐体下端设有尾气口6,下端设有出料口7。
