一、技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种共装夹具,尤其是一种轮胎模花纹块修整用可调式夹具。
二、背景技术:
目前轮胎模制造中需要将花纹块按照设计要求精雕细刻,而模具中的花纹有不同的角度和曲面,在操作中没有方便钳工固定合适角度操作的固定工具,给花纹的质量造成一定的影响。为了满足钳工操作的要求,经常需要垫平许多木头,但是仍然很不方便,既影响质量又效率低下。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便,可以对轮胎模花纹块任意部分进行修改的轮胎模花纹块修整用可调式夹具。轮胎模花纹块修整用可调式夹具包括工件装夹匣、底座,工件装夹匣与底座之间设有倾斜机构和旋转机构。工件装夹匣包括侧板,侧板上设有夹紧螺栓。倾斜机构设在工件装夹匣下部,倾斜机构设有轴并且底部设有圆弧形槽,工件装夹匣通过轴与倾斜机构活动连接。倾斜机构下部设有旋转机构,旋转机构设有旋转锁紧螺钉。采用上述结构以后,由于工件装夹匣与底座之间设有倾斜机构和旋转机构并且设有旋转锁紧螺钉和夹紧螺栓,可以很方便的对轮胎模花纹块任意调整位置角度并且通过锁紧机构将其固定,从而对任意部分进行修改、修理,达到设计要求。

2 根据权利要求1所述的轮胎模花纹块修整用可调式夹具,其特征在于:工件装夹匣(1)包括侧板(2),侧板(2)上设有夹紧螺栓(3)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的轮胎模花纹块修整用可调式夹具,其特征在于:倾斜机构设在工件装夹匣(1)下部,倾斜机构设有轴(5)并且底部设有圆弧形槽(6),工件装夹匣(1)通过轴(5)与倾斜机构活动连接。
4、根据权利要求3所述的轮胎模花纹块修整用可调式夹具,其特征在于:倾斜机构下部设有旋转机构,旋转机构设有旋转锁紧螺钉(7)。
