本实用新型涉及一种石英坩埚,特别是涉及一种平底石英坩埚。
背景技术
单晶硅棒是生产单晶硅片的原材料,随着国内和国际市场对单晶硅片需求量的快速增加,单晶硅棒的市场需求也呈快速增长的趋势。其中85%的单晶硅是用直拉法生产的,直拉法生产单晶硅时需要将高纯度长晶硅料置于石英坩埚内,加热到其熔点以上,使其液化,现在应用的冶炼单晶硅棒的石英坩埚,一般为圆底石英坩埚(图1),在收尾前,液态长晶硅料在圆形坩埚底部剩余较多,由于硅料价格比较昂贵,造成一定程度的浪费。在高温加工过程中,石英坩埚内液面径向的温度、梯度改变较大,对长晶非常不利。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种平底石英坩埚,在收尾前,长晶硅料在圆形坩埚底部剩余较少,在高温加工过程中,石英坩埚内液面径向的温度、梯度改变较小或者不改变,对长晶非常有利。
为了实现上述目的本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种平底石英坩埚,包括锅壁和锅底,锅壁和锅底为一整体,锅壁为圆柱形,锅底为平面形。
所述锅壁底部和锅底相交处为圆弧形,圆弧弧度较小。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)在收尾前,长晶硅料在圆形坩埚底部剩余较少,节省了加工硅料,降低了生产成本;
(2)在高温加工过程中,石英坩埚内液面径向的温度、梯度改变较小或者不改变,对长晶非常有利,提高了产品质量。
