技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能够高速、准确、可靠地对失禁裤、训练裤由多层无纺布所构成的腰围进行热压焊接的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,属无纺布热压焊接设备制造领域。
背景技术
本申请人所有授权公告号CN1234308C、名称“婴幼儿训练裤成型复合装置及成型方法”,该专利中的焊接机构中花纹模轮或模辊与超声波模头相配合,婴幼儿训练裤的腰腿部材料在经过花纹模轮或模辊与超声波模头构成的间隙时,超声波模头发出的超声波使花纹凸起部分的材料与材料接触面间的分子振荡产生热能,使两层材料经花纹模轮凸起部分滚压复合、将婴幼儿训练裤两侧腰片焊接,随动机构中的二块随动板与花纹模轮同轴随动并带动超声波模头进退,保证超声波头与模轮间的间隙恒定。需要改进的点在于:一是由于套接花纹模轮的轴的直径小,造成花纹模轮的轮面与超声波焊接发生器的焊接头的端面不是宽面配合,而是窄面配合,只适用于被焊物片的逐渐焊接(附图3),不适应被焊物片的瞬间一次焊接,并且焊接的可靠性不理想;二是由于在花纹模轮的面上只有一组超声波焊接头与之相对应,因此只能实现一次性焊接,无法进行二次焊接、三次焊接、多次焊接,特别是对多层被焊物片根本无法实施有效地焊接;三是由于焊接效率,直接影响到失禁裤、婴儿训练裤、婴儿拉拉裤、卫生巾等卫生用品等生产设备的生产效率;四是由于花纹模轮没有预热结构,花纹模轮的轮面与超声波焊接发生器的焊接头间对被焊物片的焊接速度低、焊接强度低;五是在同样材料、同样厚度、同样焊接速度、同样功率、同样频率、同样振幅、同样超声波焊模、同样模块形状(花纹模轮或花纹块)、同样花纹齿形模块、同样焊接间隙的情况下,由于背景技术对被焊物片呈窄面焊接、焊接时间短、焊接模块没有预热装置,因此不仅焊接速度低、焊接强度低,而且无法实现对厚层或多层被焊物片的焊接。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种能够对多层无纺布,特别是能够对六层以上无纺布且在加胶、加橡筋的前提下进行有效、可靠热压焊接的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备及热压焊接方法。
设计方案:将多层PE或PP类材料通过加热加压的方式使其熔合在一起并达到高速生产失禁裤、训练裤,其温度、压力和加压时间,是实现本申请必不可少的要素,为了上述设计目的:
1、上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构上下相对且上同步传动机构的上同步传动面和下同步传动机构的同步传动面相对的设计,是本实用新型的技术特征之一。这样做的目的在于:一是上、下同步传动机构的传动面既相对同步转动,又可以将位于其间的失禁裤、训练裤夹持随上下同步传动面同步转动;二是失禁裤、训练裤腰围高速焊接是否可靠的要素之二是取决于失禁裤、训练裤腰围加压焊接的时间,而加压时间的长短由导轨的长度来决定,导轨长度根据生产带度的高低作适当的调节,当生度速度高时,导轨的长度可适当增长,当生产速度低时,导轨的长度可适当减小,导轨的长度取决于失禁裤、训练裤每份钟的生产速度。
2、多个齿形压块间距相对且分别位于上同步传动面和下同步传动面的设计,是本实用新型的技术特征之二。这样做的目的在于:由于位于齿形压块内的电热管既可以将齿形压块有地加热,又可以通过可伸缩性电线、布线法兰与导电环内的电源线连接且随导电环同步转动,而导电环与中心轴连接且中心轴通过齿轮啮合与驱动轮同步转动,因此位于导电环内的电线在随上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构高速同步转动的同时,不会造成电线相互缠绕。
3、上下移动式平面导轨分别位于上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构的同步传动面内侧且上下移动式平面导轨的轨面上下相对的设计,是本实用新型的技术特征之三。这样做的目的在于:由于高速焊接失禁裤、训练裤腰围的基本要素之一是压力,只有当达到多层无纺布焊接所需的压力时,才能够实现多层无纺布,特别是多层涂胶、夹橡筋无纺布之间的可靠焊接,因此在上、下移动式平面导轨内面分别设有上下气缸和下气缸构成,上下气缸根据控制屏发出的指令分别带动上下平面导轨相对移动,从而实现对所要焊接失禁裤、训练裤腰围的加压焊接。
4、齿形压块背面设有滚轮的设计,是本实用新型的技术特征之四。这样做的目的在于:既实现了齿形压块随上下同步传动机构中的上下同步传动面同步转动,又确保了上下移动平面导轨通过与滚轮的滚动配合施压至齿形压块。
技术方案:一种失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构分别通过轴上下相对位于竖直机架的侧面且上同步传动机构的上同步传动面和下同步传动机构的下同步传动面相对,多个齿形压块间距相对分别位于上同步传动面和下同步传动面上,位于齿形压块内的电热管通过可伸缩性电线、布线法兰与导电环内的电源线连接且导电环与上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构同步转动,上下移动式平面导轨分别位于上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构的同步传动面内侧且上下移动式平面导轨的轨面上下相对。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,一是不仅替代了昂贵的超声波焊接设备,更重要的是解决了超声波焊接设备无法实现高速、多层(5层以上)可靠焊接的缺陷,实现了在每分钟高达120片以上且所焊失禁裤、训练裤腰围多达八层无纺布焊接的情况下,既高速、又可靠地焊接,使制造及维护成本大大地降低;二是实现了各齿形压块单独控温,使每个工作单元的温度更加准确、真实,焊接的可靠性更高;三是由于使用了较长的平面导轨,大大延长了加压时间,提高了热焊接的效果,与现有技术中的圆辊加压方式相比,最终大大地提高了设备的运行速度;四是结构简单、便于操作,员工容易掌握与维护;五是结构设计新颖、独靠、可靠、生产效率高。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1~3。失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,上同步传动机构1和下同步传动机构2分别通过轴上下相对位于竖直机架4的侧面且上同步传动机构1的上同步传动面1-1和下同步传动机构2的同步传动面2-1相对,多个齿形压块3间距相对分别位于上同步传动面1-1和下同步传动面2-1上,所述上同步传动面1-1和下同步传动面2-1为同步带传动,或链条同步传动。齿形压块3背面设有滚轮3-8且与平面导轨1-3或2-3呈压力滚动配合。位于齿形压块内3的电热管3-1通过可伸缩性电线3-2、布线法兰3-3与导电环3-4内的电源线连接且导电环3-4与上同步传动机构1和下同步传动机构2同步转动,上下移动式平面导轨1-3和2-3分别位于上同步传动机构1和下同步传动机构2的同步传动面内侧且上下移动式平面导轨1-3和2-3的轨面上下相对。所述布线法兰3-3与导电环3-4连接且带动其上的可伸缩性电线与上下同步传动机构1和2同步转动,输入电源线3-7静止,导电环3-4中外圈静止,内圈与中心轴3-5同步转动,导电环3-4与中心轴3-5连接且中心轴通过齿轮啮合与驱动轮1-4或2-4同步转动。所述上同步传动机构1或下同步传动机构2由驱动轮1-4或2-4、驱动轴1-5或2-5、从动轮1-6或2-6、从动轴1-7或2-7及传送带同步传动面1-1或同步传动面2-1构成,驱动轮1-4或2-4由驱动轴1-5或2-5驱动,驱动轴1-5或2-5由传动机构3-6带动转动,从动轮1-6或2-6与从动轴1-7或2-7连接,同步传动面1-1或同步传动面2-1分别位于上下同步传动机构1或2的驱动轮1-4或2-4和从动轮1-6或2-6上。所述上下移动式平面导轨1-3或2-3分别由上下平面导轨和上下气缸1-5和2-5构成,上下气缸1-5和2-5分别位于上下平面导轨内侧且带动上下平面导轨上下移动。
具体说,驱动轮1-4或2-4由驱动轴1-5或2-5带动转动,驱动轮1-4或2-4和从动轮1-6或2-6支撑同步带或链条1-1和2-1且带动其转动;同步带或链条1-1和2-1用于连接各齿形压块3,使之按预定位置有分布并拖动齿形压块3;齿形压块3完成对材料的加压,并使之产生相应的花纹;电热管3-8提供焊接需的热量;平面导轨1-3或2-3给齿形压块3在直线运动过程中提供支撑并传递压力;中心轴3-5及导电环3-4给可绅缩性电线3-2提供支撑,并且将电能连续传递给运动部件---电热管3-8;气缸1-5和2-5提供热焊所需的压力;传动装置(机构)3-6传递动力,使整套装置按预定速度运动,并且通过一定的传动配比,使中心轴3-5与驱动轮按预设速度运动,保持相位同步。
在驱动轮1-4或2-4与从动轮1-6或2-6之间装上预先选定规格的同步带或链条1-1和2-1,然后将若干个齿形压块3装在同步带或链条1-1和2-1的相应预设位置上,每组齿形压块3内部装入电热管3-6,通过可伸缩的弹性电线3-2将齿形压块中的电热管3-6与中心轴3-5的出线端联接。中心轴3-5与旋转导电环3-4内圈及出线一并固定,确保在齿形压块3随同步带或链条1-1和2-1运动时,中心轴3-5及出线的圆周相位与齿形压块3相应同步。中心轴3-5的运动速度可通过中间传动机构进行配比,以达到与齿形压块3同步运动,保证可伸缩性电线3-2不会相互缠绕。
上述的每个齿形压块3的电热管3-6都有单独的电线供电,并且有独立的温度传感器及温控仪来控制温度,其制作技术系有技术,在此不作叙述;电热管3-6的热功率足以在短时间内使齿形压块3达到所需的工作温度,并保证在工作过程中及时弥补热量的散失。
上述的上、下齿形压块3在进入工作过程中时,都沿着各自的平面导轨1-3或2-3作直线运动,由于齿形压块3的背面均设有滚轮3-8且在平面导轨上滚动,而位于上、下平面导轨1-3或2-3上若干组气缸1-5和2-5同时进行加压,气缸1-5和2-5压力可调,行程可精确调节,其压力通过滚轮3-8传递至齿形压块3,最终传递到受压的材料上。
上述加压时间由平面导轨1-5和2-5的长度来决定,平面导轨长度可根据生产速度的高低作适当的调整。
其失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备的热压焊接方法:它包括控制屏,控制屏指令将多层需要焊接的PE或PP类失禁裤、训练裤腰围输送至上同步传动机构1和下同步传动机构2的上同步传动面1-1和下同步传动面2-1间的齿形压块3间,齿形压块3背面设有滚轮3-8且与平面导轨1-3或2-3呈压力滚动配合,上下气缸1-5和2-5通过上下平面导轨分别对位于上同步传动面1-1和下同步传动面2-1间的齿形压块3加压的同时,位于齿形压块内3间的多层需要焊接的PE或PP类失禁裤、训练裤腰在齿形压块3的作用下一边焊接、一边随上同步传动面1-1和下同步传动面2-1同步转动同时,位于齿形压块3背面的滚轮3-8与平面导轨1-3或2-3呈压力滚动配合且平面导轨1-3或2-3施加的力直接透过滚轮3-8至齿形压块3,齿形压块3的齿形面直接作用被焊接的多层物料,当加压焊接到所设定的时间后,控制屏指令上下气缸1-5和2-5复位且带动上下平面导轨缩回,被焊接好腰围的失禁裤、训练裤进入一道工序。齿形压块内3置有电热管3-1且电热管3-1在控制屏指令下将齿形压块3加热至所需的温度。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本实用新型作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本实用新型设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本实用新型设计思路的限制,任何不超出本实用新型设计思路的增加、省略或组合,均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1、一种失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构分别通过轴上下相对位于竖直机架的侧面且上同步传动机构的上同步传动面和下同步传动机构的同步传动面相对,多个齿形压块间距相对分别位于上同步传动面和下同步传动面上,位于齿形压块内的电热管通过可伸缩性电线、布线法兰与导电环内的电源线连接且导电环与上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构同步转动,上下移动式平面导轨分别位于上同步传动机构和下同步传动机构的同步传动面内侧且上下移动式平面导轨的轨面上下相对。
2、根据权利要求1所述的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:所述布线法兰与导电环连接且带动其上的可伸缩性电线与上下同步传动机构同步转动。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:所述上同步传动面和下同步传动面为同步带传动,或链条同步传动。
4、根据权利要求1所述的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:导电环与中心轴连接且中心轴通过齿轮啮合与驱动轮同步转动。
5、根据权利要求1所述的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:所述上同步传动机构或下同步传动机构由驱动轮、驱动轴、从动轮、从动轴及传送带同步传动面或同步传动面构成,驱动轮由驱动轴驱动,驱动轴由传动机构带动转动,从动轮与从动轴连接,同步传动面或同步传动面分别位于上下同步传动机构的驱动轮和从动轮上。
6、根据权利要求1所述的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:所述上下移动式平面导轨分别由上下平面导轨和上下气缸构成,上下气缸分别位于上下平面导轨内侧且带动上下平面导轨上下移动。
7、根据权利要求1所述的失禁裤、训练裤腰围热压焊接设备,其特征是:齿形压块背面设有滚轮且与平面导轨呈压力滚动配合。
