本发明涉及一种用于焊接成人失禁裤、婴儿训练裤、婴儿拉拉裤及卫生巾或多层卫生材料的一转多片多次焊接高速高强度超声波焊接设备,属超声波焊接设备制造领域。
背景技术
本申请人所有授权公告号CN1234308C、名称“婴幼儿训练裤成型复合装置及成型方法”,该专利中的焊接机构中花纹模轮或模辊与超声波模头相配合,婴幼儿训练裤的腰腿部材料在经过花纹模轮或模辊与超声波模头构成的间隙时,超声波模头发出的超声波使花纹凸起部分的材料与材料接触面间的分子振荡产生热能,使两层材料经花纹模轮凸起部分滚压复合、将婴幼儿训练裤两侧腰片焊接,随动机构中的二块随动板与花纹模轮同轴随动并带动超声波模头进退,保证超声波头与模轮间的间隙恒定。需要改进的点在于:一是由于套接花纹模轮的轴的直径小,造成花纹模轮的轮面与超声波焊接发生器的焊接头的端面不是宽面配合,而是窄面配合,只适用于被焊物片的逐渐焊接(附图3),不适应被焊物片的瞬间一次焊接,并且焊接的可靠性不理想;二是由于在花纹模轮的面上只有一组超声波焊接头与之相对应,因此只能实现一次性焊接,无法进行二次焊接、三次焊接、多次焊接,特别是对多层被焊物片根本无法实施有效地焊接;三是由于焊接效率,直接影响到失禁裤、婴儿训练裤、婴儿拉拉裤、卫生巾等卫生用品等生产设备的生产效率;四是由于花纹模轮没有预热结构,花纹模轮的轮面与超声波焊接发生器的焊接头间对被焊物片的焊接速度低、焊接强度低;五是在同样材料、同样厚度、同样焊接速度、同样功率、同样频率、同样振幅、同样超声波焊模、同样模块形状(花纹模轮或花纹块)、同样花纹齿形模块、同样焊接间隙的情况下,由于背景技术对被焊物片呈窄面焊接、焊接时间短、焊接模块没有预热装置,因此不仅焊接速度低、焊接强度低,而且无法实现对厚层或多层被焊物片的焊接。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一,焊接转体的直径为200mm~5000mm且分布在焊接转体上模块的轮面在与超声波焊模端面相对时,其模块的面与超声波焊模端面呈宽面相对。
本发明的目的之二,在同一焊接转体的轮面上间距分布2块或2块以上模块,并且模块按比例与2组或2组以上的超声波焊模相对应。
本发明的目的之三,实现对被焊物片的一次初焊、二次复焊和多次焊接,进而提高对于多层被焊物片的焊接速度和焊接强度。
本发明的目的之四,在模块的轴向设有1根或2根电加热棒,进而实现了模块对位于其上被焊物片的预热。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在现有超声波焊接焊接设备的基础上,通过对超声波焊接设备结构的创新,充分利用超声波焊模所产生的超声波,使被焊物片的材料与材料之间的接触面呈宽面接触、瞬间焊接成型。
1、焊接转体的直径200mm~5000mm,并且分布在焊接转体上的模块的面与超声波焊模端面相对时呈宽面的设计,是本发明的特征之一。这样做的目的在于:焊接转体的直径越大,分布在焊接转体上的模块随着焊接转体直径的增大,其模块的面在转动经过超声波焊模端面的瞬间,与超声波焊模的端面相对接触面的面积越宽,形成更加充分的焊接面积,确保了超声波焊接质量的可靠性。
2、在同一焊接转体的周围间距分布2块或2块以上的模块,并且2组或多组超声波焊模按比例与之对应,是本发明的特征之二。这样做的目的在于:在同一焊接转体上间距分布的模块,可以在一转内利用2组或2组以上的超声波焊模对被焊物片实施初焊和复焊,或实施初焊、复焊、多次焊接,不仅极大地提高了被焊接物片的焊接强度和焊接速度,而且实现超声波焊模对二层或多层被焊物片焊接处的可靠焊接。
3、模块轴向设有1根或2根电加热棒的设计,是本发明的特征之三。这样做的目的在于:电加热棒所产生的热能将模块加热,被加热后的模块将通过其上的被焊物片的焊接处加热,使被焊物片焊接处的材料发热、产生热运动,此时,当超声波焊模作用在被焊物片的焊接处时,超声波焊模所产生的能量与模块对被焊物片焊接处的材料所产生的热量相叠加,从而使被焊物片达到熔融焊接状态,当超声波焊模压在被焊物片上时,被焊物片之间的焊接强度达到了高可靠性。
技术方案1:一转多片多次焊接高速高强度超声波焊接设备,它包括模块、焊接转体及超声波焊接发生器,所述的焊接转体的直径为200mm~5000mm,2块或多块模块间距分布在焊接转体的轮面上,2组或2组以上超声波焊接发生器的焊模按比例与位于焊接转体轮面上的模块相对应且呈间隙配合。
技术方案2:一转多片多次焊接高速高强度超声波焊接设备的焊接方法,连续不断的被焊物片经过三辊压紧装置压紧、导向辊导向进入超声波焊接设备中模块与超声波焊模间:(1)对于2层被焊物片:超声波焊接设备中的第一组超声波焊模对位于其间的被焊物片焊接处进行初焊,第二组超声波焊模对初焊后的初焊处进行二次焊接,或对二次焊接处进行第三次、第四次、……,直至焊接好;或(2)对于多层被焊物片:超声波焊接设备中的第一组超声波焊接头对位于其间的被焊物片焊接处进行焊接,第二组超声波焊模对初焊后的初焊处进行第二次焊接,第三组超声波焊模对第二次焊处进行第三次焊接,或第四组超声波焊模对第三次焊处进行第四次焊接,……,直至焊接好;或(3)超声波焊接设备中的多组超声波焊模根据事先设定的程序,间隔对被焊物片进行焊接。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是开创了超声波焊接设备一转多片、多次焊接的先例,不仅极大地提高了焊接效率,而且极大地提高了焊接强度,降低了生产成本;二是实现了对多层被焊物片的可靠焊接,解决了背景技术长期以来想要解决而未解决的焊接难题;三是开创了一转间隔焊接的先例,为新产品的开发创新了必要的技术手段;四是模块轴向电加热棒的设置,不仅能够直接将模块加热,而且通过模块实现了对被焊物片的预热,极大地提高了被焊物片的焊接速度和焊接强度;五是在同样材料、同样厚度、同样焊接速度、同样功率、同样频率、同样振幅、同样超声波焊模、同样模块形状(花纹模轮或花纹块)、同样花纹齿形模块、同样焊接间隙的情况下,由于发明对被焊物片呈宽面焊接、焊接时间长、焊接模块设有预热装置,因此不仅焊接速度高、焊接强度高,而且实现了对厚层或多层被焊物片的焊接。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1和2。一转多片多次焊接高速高强度超声波焊接设备10,它包括模块1、焊接转体2及超声波焊接发生器。超声波焊接器由超声波发生器、换能器及超声波焊模构成且系现有技术,在此不作叙述。模块1系现有技术,为不动件或动件,其模块1面上的花纹即为被焊物片焊接处焊接后的成型花纹,模块1轴向设有1根或2根电加热棒4,并且在模块1轴向设有热传感器8(如热电偶),热传感器8主要用于检测模块1的温度,并且将所检测到的温度传输给温度控制器,当温度高于其设定值时,电加热棒4停止加热,当温度低于其设定值时,电加热棒4开始加热,始终使压经纹块1处于所设定的温度范围内。所述的焊接转体2为转动体,其焊接转体的直径为200mm~5000mm,也就是说,焊接转体2的直径的取值范围在为200mm~5000mm内可以任意选择且包括端值,并且焊接转体2的加工制作系现有技术,在此不作叙述。2块或多块模块1间距(等间距或非等间距)分布在焊接转体2的轮面上,2组或2组以上超声波焊接发生器的焊模3按比例与位于焊接转体2轮面上的模块1相对应且呈间隙配合,也就是说,2组或2组以上超声波焊接发生器的焊模3选择的多少,是根据被焊物片的需要按比例与模块1对应且呈间隙配合,间隙的取值范围为0.01mm~3mm,也就是说,间隙的取值范围在0.01mm~3mm范围内可以任意先择且包括端值,每次超声波焊模3与模块1间的焊接间隙根据被焊物片焊接状态可调。
焊接效果取决于M∝1/δ×t×P×S×C,M表示焊接质量,t表示时间,S表示焊接面积,C表示超声波,p表示焊接压力(该压力施加于超声波焊模与焊接转体模块之间)。
实施例2:在实施例1的基础上,每组超声波焊接发生器的焊模3由一块或2块或多块构成。
实施例3:参照附图2和3。在实施例1的基础上,一转多片多次焊接高速高强度超声波焊接设备的焊接方法,连续不断的被焊物片5经过三辊压紧装置7压紧、导向辊6导向进入超声波焊接设备中模块1与超声波焊模3间:(1)对于2层被焊物片:超声波焊接设备中的第一组超声波焊模3-1对位于其间的被焊物片5焊接处9进行初焊,第二组超声波焊模3-2对初焊后的初焊处进行二次焊接,或对二次焊接处进行第三次、第四次、……,每次超声波焊模3与模块1间的焊接间隙根据被焊物片焊接状态可调,直至焊接好。模块轴向设有1根或2根电加热棒4,每组超声波焊接发生器的焊模由一块或2块或多块构成。
实施例4:在实施例3的基础上,对于多层被焊物片:超声波焊接设备中的第一组超声波焊接头3-1对位于其间的被焊物片5焊接处9进行焊接,第二组超声波焊模3-2对初焊后的初焊处进行第二次焊接,第三组超声波焊模3-3对第二次焊处进行第三次焊接,或第四组超声波焊模3-4对第三次焊处进行第四次焊接,……,每次超声波焊模3与模块1间的焊接间隙根据被焊物片焊接状态可调,直至焊接好。
实施例5:在实施例3的基础上,超声波焊接设备中的多组超声波焊模根据事先设定的程序,间隔对被焊物片5进行焊接,每次超声波焊模3与模块1间的焊接间隙根据被焊物片焊接状态可调。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明思路的文字描述,而不是对本发明思路的限制,任何不超出本发明思路的增加、省略或组合,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种一转多片多次焊接超声波焊接设备,它包括模块、焊接转体及超声波焊接发生器,其特征在于:所述的焊接转体的直径为200mm~5000mm,2块或多块模块间距分布在焊接转体的轮面上,2组或2组以上超声波焊接发生器的焊模按比例与位于焊接转体轮面上的模块相对应且呈间隙配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一转多片多次焊接超声波焊接设备,其特征是:模块轴向设有1根或2根电加热棒。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一转多片多次焊接超声波焊接设备,其特征是:模块轴向设有热传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一转多片多次焊接超声波焊接设备,其特征是:每组超声波焊接发生器的焊模由一块或2块或多块构成。
5.一种一转多片多次焊接超声波焊接设备的焊接方法,其特征是:连续不断的被焊物片经过三辊压紧装置压紧、导向辊导向进入超声波焊接设备中模块与超声波焊模间:(1)对于2层被焊物片:超声波焊接设备中的第一组超声波焊模对位于其间的被焊物片焊接处进行初焊,第二组超声波焊模对初焊后的初焊处进行二次焊接,或对二次焊接处进行第三次、第四次、如此循环,直至焊接好;或(2)对于多层被焊物片:超声波焊接设备中的第一组超声波焊接头对位于其间的被焊物片焊接处进行焊接,第二组超声波焊模对初焊后的初焊处进行第二次焊接,第三组超声波焊模对第二次焊处进行第三次焊接,或第四组超声波焊模对第三次焊处进行第四次焊接,如此循环,直至焊接好;或(3)超声波焊接设备中的多组超声波焊模根据事先设定的程序,间隔对被焊物片进行焊接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一转多片多次焊接超声波焊接设备的焊接方法,其特征是:模块轴向设有1根或2根电加热棒。
