Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种滑移式健腹器，主要设有一支架、一滑座及坐垫；其中，所述支架的中央设有弧形滑轨，且弧形滑轨中央较两侧低，而将底部设有滑轮的滑座活动设于其上，另所述坐垫与滑座间设有一转动结构；在使用者以坐姿进行运动时，利用腹部肌肉发力，致使滑座产生左右滑移的动作，供锻炼腹部及周围的肌肉而雕塑身体的腰部线条，以实现一种体积小而方便使用、收藏的健身器材。

Description

一种滑移式健腹器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种供使用者运动的健身器材，尤其涉及一种利用滑轨及滑座，带动身体进行往复滑移的健身器构造。
背景技术
现有一般健身器材，会依据不同的运动效果，而设计出不同的运动方式，其运动的肌肉部位也不相同。常见的健身器材有跑步机、健身车及重量训练机等，前述健身器材都有体积过大、不便收藏等缺点，对于使用空间较小的人就相当不方便，且每种健身器材的设计原理，都针对锻炼身体某部分肌肉所设计，而能达到雕塑身体线条。
而本实用新型于中国实用新型专利第CN2897325号“摇摆扭力健身器”，提供了一种利用扭力摇摆身体，以达到运动效果的健身器材，其体积小而方便使用、收藏。请参阅图1所示，前述摇摆扭力健身器的本体1，由下支架11、转动盘12及磅力调整器13所组成；其中，所述转动盘12设置于下支架11的中央支架111上，且转动盘12内设有滚动元件121，使转动盘12的上盘122可相对于底盘123作平面360度的转动，而磅力调整器13的止滑带131套设于上盘122外周缘，因此可利用止滑带131的松紧度控制上盘122转动时所需的磅力；前述的本体1与脚架14结合后，可形成椅子的形态，使用者以坐姿进行腰部的转动运动，而达到锻炼整个腰部的肌肉，以雕塑身体的腰部线条。
然而，有鉴于上述摇摆扭力健身器仅能进行腰部的转动运动，能运动腰部的肌肉幅度相当有限，必须长时间持续运动，方有理想的效果；因此，本实用新型人设计了滑移式的运动方式，针对侧腹部的肌肉进行往复拉伸的运动；再者，由于本实用新型所设计的坐垫也可相对滑座进行转动，而能于往复拉伸腹部肌肉时，同时进行往复转动的运动，更大幅提升腰部肌肉的运动幅度，故能够有效雕塑身体的腰部线条。
发明内容
本实用新型的一目的，在于提供一种滑移式健腹器，能锻炼腹部及周围的肌肉，而达到雕塑身体线条的效果。
本实用新型的次一目的，在于提供一种滑移式健腹器，以实现一种体积小而方便使用、收藏的健身器材。
为达上述目的，本实用新型主要设有一支架、一滑座及坐垫；其中，支架两侧设有可支撑立于平面上的脚架，所述脚架顶部形成有一弧形手把，两脚架间连接设有两平行的弧形滑轨，且弧形滑轨中央较两侧低；所述滑座两侧各设有一防脱框及复数个滑轮，防脱框套设于弧形滑轨，而滑轮活动设于弧形滑轨上；坐垫设于滑座上，且坐垫与滑座间设有一转动结构。
使用时，使用者以坐姿乘坐于坐垫上，双手握住两侧弧形手把，利用腹部肌肉发力，而使得滑座在弧形滑轨上进行往复的左右限位滑移，而可用来锻炼腹部及周围的肌肉，以达到雕塑身体的腰部线条的效果；再者，由于滑座于弧形滑轨往复滑移，其坐垫可相对滑座进行转动，因此可增加腰部肌肉的运动幅度，而大幅提升雕塑腰部肌肉线条。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的支架、滑座及坐垫所组成的健身器材，不但结构简单且体积小，在使用时不会占用空间，而便于收藏，因此可实现一种体积小而方便使用、收藏的健身器材的目的。

具体实施方式

请参阅图2-图4所示，本实用新型的较佳实施例，主要包括下列构件：
一支架2，其两侧各设有一可支撑立于平面上的脚架21，所述脚架21呈倒U字型，且脚架21的顶部形成有一弧形手把22，弧形把手22表面包覆设有一止滑套221，供使用者握持使用；而脚架21的底部设有止滑垫211，供放置于平面使用时，可提供足够的摩擦阻力，而避免使用时左右晃动；且两脚架21间连接设有两平行的弧形滑轨23，而弧形滑轨23中央较两侧低。
一滑座3，呈H字形，且两侧的骨架31中央下方各设有一防脱框32，以及在骨架31端缘的下方各设有一滑轮33，以将防脱框32套设于前述弧形滑轨23，而滑轮33则活动设于弧形滑轨23上，所述滑座3受到防脱框32限位，使滑座3于弧形滑轨23上滑动时不致脱落；再者，由于弧形轨道23的中央较两侧低，使所述滑座3受重力影响，而保持常态设于弧形滑轨23的中央部。
一坐垫4，固设于滑座3的顶面，其使用具有弹性缓冲的材质制成，如：海绵或泡棉等，供使用者在乘坐舒适的情况下进行运动。
使用时，使用者以坐姿乘坐于坐垫4上，双手握住两侧的弧形手把22，利用腹部肌肉发力，抵抗滑座3在弧形滑轨23上所受到的重力，而使得滑座3可在弧形滑轨23上，进行往复的左右限位滑移，其不但运动起来相当方便，且有省力的效果，对于锻炼腹部及周围的肌肉有相当的成效，并可达到雕塑身体的腰部线条的效果；又，本实用新型的支架2、滑座3及坐垫4所组成的健身器材，不但结构简单且体积小，使用时只需供放置椅子的空间即可使用，而不会占用多余的空间；且小体积的优点还可便于收藏，而实现一种体积小而方便使用、收藏的健身器材的目的。
再者，请参阅图5-图6所示，为增加锻炼腹部肌肉的运动效果，于前述坐垫4与滑座3间设有一转动结构，其主要包括设于坐垫4底面的中央的枢轴41，以及设于滑座3中央的轴套34，以将枢轴41活动穿设于轴套34内，使坐垫4可相对滑座3作转动；再者，滑座3的顶面设有多个支撑垫35，可供支撑坐垫4，而坐垫4底面设有多个限位柱42，利用坐垫4相对滑座3转动时，限位柱42的长度可被支撑垫35及滑座3所挡止，因此达到限制转动角度的限位转动目的。因此，滑座3于弧形滑轨23上作往复滑移时，使用者还可利用转动结构，使坐垫4相对滑座3进行转动，以增加腰部肌肉的运动幅度，而大幅提升雕塑腰部肌肉线条的效果。
如上所述，如图2-图6所示，本实用新型在实施时，将具有下列优点：
本实用新型的坐垫4连同滑座3，通过滑座3底部的滑轮33，于支架2间的弧形滑轨23进行往复的限位滑动，供使用者以坐姿锻炼腹部及其周围的肌肉，达到雕塑身体腹部线条的效果。
再者，由于本实用新型滑座3与坐垫4间设有一转动结构，而可在滑座3相对弧形滑轨23往复滑移时，同步进行转动，以增加腹部肌肉的运动幅度，提升锻炼的效果。
而本实用新型的弧形把手22设有止滑套221，脚架21底部设有止滑垫211，可防止使用者使用时的晃动，以及维持运动的重心，减少受到运动伤害的机会。
但是，以上所述，仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已，并非用以限定本实用新型实施的范围，其他如：改变弧形滑轨数量、形状，或是滑座的形状，抑或是坐垫的形状及使用材质等转变方式，也都在本案的范畴之中；因此本领域普通技术人员所作出等效或轻易的变化，将圆形的坐垫改变为方形或是其他几何形状的坐垫等，在不脱离本实用新型的精神与范围下所作的均等变化与修饰，都应涵盖于本实用新型的专利范围内。
综上所述，本实用新型的滑移式健腹器，具有专利的实用新型性，及对产业的利用价值；申请人依专利法的规定，向钧局提起新型专利的申请。

Claims (10)

1.一种滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，其至少包括：
一支架，其两侧各设有一能支撑立于平面上的脚架，所述脚架的顶部形成有一弧形手把，两脚架间连接设有至少一弧形滑轨，所述弧形滑轨中央较两侧低；
一活动设于所述弧形滑轨的滑座，其设有至少一防脱框及多个滑轮，所述防脱框套设于所述弧形滑轨，所述滑轮活动设于所述弧形滑轨上；
一设于所述滑座上的坐垫。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述弧形把手包覆设有一止滑套。
3.如权利要求1所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述两脚架间设有两平行的弧形滑轨。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述滑座因受重力影响，常态设于所述弧形滑轨的中央部。
5.如权利要求1所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述滑座呈H字形，两侧骨架中央各设有一防脱框，以及所述骨架端缘各设有一滑轮，使所述防脱框套设于所述弧形滑轨，所述滑轮活动设于所述弧形滑轨上。
6.如权利要求1所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述坐垫与所述滑座间设有一转动结构。
7.如权利要求6所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述坐垫底面的中央设有一枢轴，所述滑座中央设有一轴套，所述枢轴活动穿设于所述轴套内，使所述坐垫能相对所述滑座作转动。
8.如权利要求6所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述滑座顶面设有多个支撑垫，供以支撑所述坐垫。
9.如权利要求8所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述坐垫底面设有多个限位柱，供与所述支撑垫相互挡止而达到限位转动。
10、如权利要求6所述的滑移式健腹器，其特征在于，所述坐垫底面设有多个限位柱，供与所述滑座相互挡止而达到限位转动。
