本实用新型涉及一种太阳能电池片生产中的硅片载片篮。
背景技术
在太阳能电池片生产中,需要将硅片放置在载片篮后,在NaOH混合溶液中进行处理。由于硅片的密度与反应副产物NaSio3溶液密度比较接近,载片篮中的硅片可能会从载片篮中浮起,而影响生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种硅片载片篮。
本实用新型包括对称设置的两片放置板,放置板上平行设置有多个放置槽,两片放置板的一边通过连接片连接、另一边通过连接条连接,形成方筐结构。每个放置板的两个侧边开有限位条安装口,限位条架设在两片放置板上。所述的限位条为工字形,其四个角与对应的放置板的安装口活动连接。
本实用新型结构简单,限位条的设置有效避免了硅片从载片篮中浮起的发生。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,载片篮包括对称设置的两片放置板1,放置板1上平行设置有多个放置槽3,两片放置板1的一边通过连接片连接、另一边通过连接条连接,形成方筐结构。每个放置板的两个侧边开有限位条安装口2,限位条4架设在两片放置板1上。所述的限位条4为工字形,其四个角与对应的放置板的安装口2活动连接。
工作中,首先将硅片由载片篮上方放在载片篮的放置槽3内,然后再将限位条4架设在两片放置板1上,将限位条4的四个角卡住对应的安装口2,再将载片篮连同硅片一起放入NaOH与NaSio3溶液中。处理完毕后,将限位条4从安装口2上分离,即可将硅片从载片篮中取出。

1、硅片载片篮,包括对称设置的两片放置板,其特征在于:放置板上平行设置有多个放置槽,两片放置板的一边通过连接片连接、另一边通过连接条连接,形成方筐结构;每个放置板的两个侧边开有限位条安装口,限位条架设在两片放置板上;所述的限位条为工字形,其四个角与对应的放置板的安装口活动连接。
