本实用新型属于自动挡汽车部件。
背景技术:
目前自动档汽车使用的挠性飞轮一般为两种,一种是多点焊接式挠性飞轮,另一种是旋压一体化挠性飞轮。多点焊接式挠性飞轮,由于多点不连续焊接,齿圈在焊接时受热变形不均,造成齿圈精度不高,导致发动机启动时噪音大;焊接热影响区大,易使齿局部退火,降低齿圈使用寿命。旋压一体化挠性飞轮,加工工艺复杂,制造投入大,成本较高,该技术在国内不被广泛应用。
发明内容:
本实用新型提供一种激光焊接挠性飞轮,以解决多点焊接式挠性飞轮存在的齿圈精度不高和降低齿圈使用寿命的问题,及旋压一体化挠性飞轮加工工艺复杂、制造投入大、成本较高的问题。本实用新型采取的技术方案是:挠性飞轮的挠性板与齿圈采用激光焊接成一体。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖,挠性盘与齿圈融为一体,与旋压工艺的一体化挠性飞轮性能一致。本实用新型优点在于:结构简单、加工工艺性好、制造成本低,产品的各项性能优于多点焊接式挠性飞轮,制造成本优于旋压一体化挠性飞轮。

具体实施方式
挠性飞轮的挠性板1与齿圈2采用激光焊接成一体。
加工时,挠性板与齿圈微间隙配合,挠性板与齿圈结合处沿周边采用激光融化焊接。
