本发明涉及传动部件技术领域,具体说是一种小功率起动机减速机构上的玻纤尼龙齿轮。
背景技术
在起动电机上使用有一种星形减速机构,这种星形减速机构是用以降低起动电机的输出速度,这种星形减速机构上使用有一个尺寸稍大的内齿轮,这种内齿轮是采用的钢制结构,加工过程是经1.锻造2.退火3.冷挤4.齿轮高频淬火5.机械加工,等工序制成,这种齿轮的加工周期长,成本高,噪音大。
目前,在小功率起动机星形减速机构上的内齿轮也采用上述的加工方法,这种小功率起动机所要传递的功率较小,对传动齿轮在强度方面的要求不是很高,所以,使用这种消耗材料多、加工复杂、成本高的钢制齿轮,从经济角度讲显得比较浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有的钢制齿轮在小功率起动机星形减速机构上应用经济性不合理的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种小功率起动机减速器上的玻纤尼龙齿轮。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种小功率起动机减速机构上的玻纤尼龙齿轮,所述的齿轮由玻纤尼龙制成,并具有一体结构,所述的齿轮为内齿轮;具体说齿轮上包括有内齿圈、圆底板、定位凸台、装配止圈、定位凹槽、加强圈、连接筋、轴孔;内齿圈外有装配止圈,内齿圈与装配止圈之间有连接筋,定位凸台和定位凹槽位于圆底板上,圆底板上与内齿圈相对的另一面上有加强圈,轴孔位于圆底板的中心。
所述的连接筋至少为8个。所述的定位凸台至少为1个。所述的定位凹槽至少为1个。
设置定位凸台、定位凹槽是为了阻止这种齿轮的旋转,装配止圈是用于齿轮的轴向定位的,内齿圈与装配止圈之间的连接筋增加了整体结构的强度,圆底板上的加强圈增加底板的强度。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的小功率起动机减速机构上的玻纤尼龙齿轮生产效率高、噪音小、成本低,强度能充分满足这种小功率起动机减速机构对齿轮强度的要求,性价比得到很大提高。

如图1和图2表示了这种小功率起动机减速机构上的玻纤尼龙齿轮的结构,齿轮1由玻纤尼龙制成,并具有一体结构,齿轮1为内齿轮。
如图齿轮1上包括有内齿圈11、圆底板12、定位凸台13、装配止圈14、定位凹槽15、加强圈16、连接筋17、轴孔18;内齿圈11外有装配止圈14,内齿圈11与装配止圈14之间有连接筋17,定位凸台13和定位凹槽15位于圆底板12的外缘,圆底板12上与内齿圈11相对的另一面上有加强圈16,轴孔18位于圆底板12的中心。
图1上的连接筋17设置有20个。
图1上的定位凸台13为对应设置有2个。
图1上的定位凹槽15也对应设置有2个。

1、一种小功率起动机减速机构上的玻纤尼龙齿轮,其特征是:所述的齿轮(1)由玻纤尼龙制成,并具有一体结构,所述的齿轮(1)为内齿轮,所述的齿轮(1)上包括有内齿圈(11)、圆底板(12)、定位凸台(13)、装配止圈(14)、定位凹槽(15)、加强圈(16)、连接筋(17)、轴孔(18);内齿圈(11)外有装配止圈(14),内齿圈(11)与装配止圈(14)之间有连接筋(17),定位凸台(13)和定位凹槽(15)位于圆底板(12)上,圆底板(12)上与内齿圈(11)相对的另一面上有加强圈(16),轴孔(18)位于圆底板(12)的中心。
2、根据权利要求1所述的小功率起动机减速机构上的玻纤尼龙齿轮,其特征是:所述的连接筋(17)至少为8个。
