Abstract
一种鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池,包括:端部配有电源连接座的电池体,所述电源连接座由设置在电池体的前端设有电源连接插孔,和与电源连接插孔配合的电源插头构成,其特征在于:所述电池体为可卡入后衣架下部两支腿间的倒“凹”形结构电池,倒“凹”形结构电池的凹口宽度大于车轮宽度;所述倒“凹”形结构电池上设有可与后衣架装配连接的活动连接件。本实用新型结构简单,设计巧妙,它可通过活动连接件安装在自行车后衣架下方,并卡于自行车后轮两侧,可与自行车后衣架形成一体,充分利用了后衣架与后轮间的空间,其隐蔽性好,不会影响电动自行车简单的外观造型,通过活动连接件安装在自行车后衣架上的电池安装或拆卸操作极为方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是电动自行车电池,尤其是一种适于在自行车后衣架上安装的鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池。
背景技术
目前,电动自行车的使用已经非常普遍。电动自行车的动力来之于随车携带的电池。为确保电动自行车的动力和行程,电动自行车携带的必然是可充电可方便拆卸的电池,这就要求这种可充电电池要尽可能的容量大、体积小并且重量轻,为方便电池在电动自行车上的携带安装和拆卸充电,制造商结合电动自行车的不同结构造型设计出了各种适合在电动自行车上安装的电池。如有将电池安装在车子的前三角架上的,也有安装在车子的后三角架上的,这些设计多多少少都会改变自行车原有的结构;将电池设计安装在自行车的后衣架上,是最能保持自行车原有特性又简洁方便的一种方法。目前这种方法已广泛运用于电动自行车领域,例如将电池设计在后衣架的上方,这种方法固然简单,但是电池的厚度受到了限制,这也就影响了电池的容量,为了解决这一问题,有些厂家就把电池设计成两块分别挂在后衣架的两边,这种方法虽然解决了电池的容量问题,但是给拆卸充电带来了不便。综上所述,无论将电池设置在电动自行车哪一部位,都应当满足既不影响产品外观,又能满足使用安装或拆卸充电方便这一原则。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是弥补上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、隐蔽性好、安装或拆卸充电方便的鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池。
本实用新型通过以下方法得以解决。
这种鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池,包括:端部配有电源连接座的电池体,所述电源连接座由设置在电池体的前端设有电源连接插孔和与电源连接插孔配合的电源插头构成。
这种鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池的特点是:
所述电池体为可卡入后衣架下部两支腿间的倒“凹”形结构电池,倒“凹”形结构电池的凹口宽度大于车轮宽度。
所述倒“凹”形结构电池上设有可与后衣架装配连接的活动连接件。

所述锁扣机构由固定安装在倒“凹”形结构电池后端的锁舌和设置在形导轨后端的锁扣构成。

具体实施方式
实施例:从附图可以清楚地看到鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池由可卡入后衣架下部两腿间的倒“凹”形结构电池1和活动连接件2组成。
所述倒“凹”形结构电池1外侧宽度小于后衣架两支腿间隔距,倒“凹”形结构电池1的凹口11宽度大于车轮宽度。所述倒“凹”形结构电池1的前端设有电源连接插孔12,电源连接插孔12配有电源插头13。
所述锁扣机构由固定安装在倒“凹”形结构电池1后端的锁舌31和与锁舌31适配的锁扣(图中未示)构成。
所述锁舌31如图2所示,锁舌31上端为舌端33,下端为操作把手34,锁舌31通过设置在其中部的转轴35安装在倒“凹”形结构电池1后端。通过操作把手34可使锁舌31绕转轴35转动。
所述锁扣设置在形导轨21的尾端(图中未示)。
所述倒“凹”形结构电池1尾部设有组合有刹车灯和转向灯的尾灯4。
本实用新型鞍形电动自行车后衣架电池在电动自行车后衣架上的安装方法,将形导轨21通过电焊或紧固件在后衣架5下部中线部位,将电源插头13安装在形导轨21的前端。此时,即可进行倒“凹”形结构电池1在后衣架5上的安装。
安装时,将倒“凹”形结构电池1顶部的轨槽22对准后衣架5尾部的形导轨21,然后轻轻向内推动倒“凹”形结构电池1,促使悬挂在形导轨21上的倒“凹”形结构电池1沿导轨内移,推入到位时,倒“凹”形结构电池1前端的电源连接插孔12导入形导轨21前端的电源插头13接通电源,此时锁扣机构3的锁舌31之舌端33刚好嵌入形导轨21尾端的锁扣,倒“凹”形结构电池1被固定安装在后衣架5下部。
拆卸时,只需拉动锁舌31的操作把手34,促使锁舌31绕绕转轴35转动,使锁舌31的舌端33脱离形导轨21尾端的锁扣,向外拉动倒“凹”形结构电池1,促使悬挂在形导轨21上的倒“凹”形结构电池1沿导轨外移,即可将倒“凹”形结构电池1从后衣架5上退出卸下。

所述电池体为可卡入后衣架下部两支腿间的倒“凹”形结构电池,倒“凹”形结构电池的凹口宽度大于车轮宽度;
所述倒“凹”形结构电池上设有可与后衣架装配连接的活动连接件。
