Abstract

轨道限位滑片泵,用于流体输送,采用强制式弹出叶片的结构,克服现有的滑片泵滑片和壳体易磨损和不适于在石油等其他粘稠液体的输送中使用的不足。包括有流体进、出口圆筒形壳体,壳体内的定子,有滑片安装槽的转子,安装在转子上的滑片,壳体两端有转子轴承的壳体端盖,所作的改进是在滑片两端增加凸出叶片端面轴颈,轴颈上安装滑套,在端盖内有容纳滑片两端轴颈上滑套并平行于设定的滑片运动轨迹的环槽。本实用新型的积极效果是:叶片在环槽约束下相对转子弹出和压入,滑片和壳体相互不磨损,导向环槽强制滑片相对转子径向移动,消除滑片被粘稠流体阻滞甚至固结的现象,在对高粘稠度流体的加压输送中,能够正常运行。

本实用新型属于机械领域,具体涉及一种液体输送泵。
背景技术
现有的滑片泵由有流体进、出口圆筒壳体,壳体内的定子,与定子非同轴线设置、圆周均匀分布有滑片安装槽的转子,滑动安装在转子上的滑片及带有转子轴承的壳体端盖组成。其工作过程是:在转子上高速旋转的滑片在离心力作用下,使滑片紧紧贴附在定子内壁上,相临两滑片间行成一个密闭的空间,靠改变空间容积的大小,实现吸入、加压输出流体。现有结构的滑片泵存在的缺点有:泵工作时要求转子有较高的转速,滑片与定子之间的压力大,造成叶片与定子之间的磨损较快。此外,此种泵不适合粘稠的工作介质,粘稠的液体对滑片表面的粘附力能将叶片固结在转子上,使滑片不能压向壳体,无法对流体加压,丧失泵的基本功能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轨道限位滑片泵,用于流体输送,采用强制式弹出叶片的结构,克服现有的滑片泵滑片和壳体易磨损和不适于在石油等其他粘稠液体的输送中使用的不足。
本实用新型包括有流体进、出口圆筒形壳体,壳体内的定子,与定子非同轴线设置、圆周均匀分布有滑片安装槽的转子,滑动安装在转子上的滑片,安装在壳体两端、带有转子轴承的壳体端盖,所作的改进是在滑片两端增加与滑片成一体的轴颈,轴颈上安装滑套,在端盖内有容纳滑片两端轴颈上滑套并平行于设定的滑片运动轨迹的环槽。
本实用新型的积极效果是:叶片两端轴颈上的滑套与环槽相配合,在转子转动过程中,叶片在环槽约束下相对转子弹出和压入,和壳体形成可实现满足加压的距离,完成对流体的抽吸吸和加压输出工作。滑片和定子无直接接触,相互不磨损,导向环槽强制滑片相对转子径向移动,消除滑片被粘稠流体阻滞甚至固结的现象,在对高粘稠度流体的加压输送中,能够正常运行。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2,利用现有技术的壳体1,转子2。参阅图1、图2、图3,滑片3为两端有轴颈4的结构。轴颈4上套可转动的滑套5。参阅图3,在装有转子轴承的壳体端盖6朝向转子的一侧对应滑套5的位置,按设定的滑片运动轨迹加工出容纳滑套的环槽7。参阅图1、图2,将滑片3安装到转子2上,转子2装在壳体1内,然后在壳体两端装端盖6,在转子轴从一侧的端盖伸出、滑片两端的轴颈4连同轴颈上的滑套5伸入端盖6上的环槽7后,将端盖6紧固在壳体1上。

1、轨道限位滑片泵,包括有流体进、出口圆筒形壳体,壳体内的定子,壳体内与定子非同轴线设置、圆周均匀分布有滑片安装槽的转子,滑动安装在转子上的滑片,安装在壳体两端、带有转子轴承的壳体端盖,其特征是:在滑片两端增加有轴颈,轴颈上安装滑套,在端盖内有容纳滑片两端轴颈上的滑套并按设定的滑片运动轨迹的环槽。
