Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种汽车油箱的遮挡系统,包括公共汽车或类似车辆使用的油箱(1),当油面较低并且该车辆在急转弯时,该邮箱能够在互锁的遮挡组件(4)中将一定量的燃油保持在至少一个吸油区域中,该遮挡组件(4)包括:a.外遮挡元件(4a),其使燃油保持在油箱内不受其流动的影响;b.内遮挡元件(4b),其使燃油保持在油箱内不受离心力的影响。本实用新型能防止汽车在弯道上全向转弯时部分燃油受离心力作用在下低于吸油面的系统。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防止行驶中的汽车在急转弯时油箱(1)内的燃油至少有一个吸油区域不会因离心力的作用而降到吸油面以下的系统。
背景技术
由于汽车型号和发动机型号的不同,其油箱的形状、体积及位置也有所不同。油箱的功能则独立于汽车和发动机的类型。通常,油箱应具有以下特性:为油箱加油时应有安全保障,即使出现问题和燃油挥发也能保证安全,能够测出或观察到油箱内的油量,具备高压保护,能够向发动机持续不断地提供燃油。
目前所有的燃油系统都采用泵送的方式向发动机供油。通过吸油管从油箱中抽取燃油。为了防止油箱内产生的或是被带入油箱内的残渣随燃油进入发动机,通过将吸油管设计为略高于油箱底面的方式提供一最低吸油面。
燃油在低于该最低吸油面时不会被吸入发动机。尽管采用这种设计的目的是为了提供对发动机的保护,但在某些情况下会产生一些缺陷。
现有技术中,由于油箱(1)中没有采用特殊的机构,当汽车在行驶中遇急转弯时,油箱中的燃油(5)的液面会在短时间内低于吸低吸油面,尽管时间非常短暂,但仍然存在燃油供给中断的危险。
置于油箱中的部件(2)降低了由于汽车运动造成的油面起伏的严重程度,但仍无法阻止燃油受离心力作用降至吸油面以下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于在汽车油箱(1)的底面上设置遮挡组件(4),在油面较低并且汽车在急转弯时使受到离心力作用的燃油仍然能够在遮挡组件(4)中有一定的保有量。
遮挡组件(4)由外遮挡元件(4a)和内遮挡元件(4b)构成,外遮挡元件(4a)使燃油不受其流动的影响仍能保持在遮挡组件内,内遮挡元件(4b)使燃油不受离心力影响。
置于油箱中并使遮挡组件(4)居中的吸油管结构(3)在内遮挡元件(4b)中几乎延伸至燃油底部,并且吸油管结构(3)的吸油口进入到内遮挡元件(4b)中。
这样,在整个向右或向左转的过程中,由于阻止了燃油由遮挡元件内流出,就可以提供更长的供油时间。

本发明的具体实施方式如下。
一种汽车油箱的遮挡系统,包括公共汽车或类似车辆使用的油箱(1),当油面较低并且该车辆在急转弯时,该邮箱能够在互锁的遮挡组件(4)中将一定量的燃油保持在至少一个吸油区域中,该遮挡组件(4)包括:a.外遮挡元件(4a),其使燃油保持在油箱内不受其流动的影响;b.内遮挡元件(4b),其使燃油保持在油箱内不受离心力的影响。
Claims (2)
1.一种汽车油箱的遮挡系统,包括公共汽车或类似车辆使用的油箱(1),当油面较低并且该车辆在急转弯时,该邮箱能够在互锁的遮挡组件(4)中将一定量的燃油保持在至少一个吸油区域中,其特征在于该遮挡组件(4)包括:
a.外遮挡元件(4a),其使燃油保持在油箱内不受其流动的影响;
b.内遮挡元件(4b),其使燃油保持在油箱内不受离心力的影响。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油箱的遮挡系统,其中油箱(1)包括:至少一个吸油管结构(3),该吸油管结构(3)置于油箱中并使所述内遮挡部件(4b)居中,并且该吸油管结构(3)的吸油口伸入所述内遮挡部件(4b)中。
