本实用新型涉及一种微生物培养用品,具体地说是一种微生物培养增氧摇瓶。
背景技术
微生物被应用在工业、农业、食品、医药、环保等领域,而且深受人们的喜爱,但是由于在微生物的研究过程中多采用摇瓶培养,尤其是好氧微生物在其培养过程中因培养基溶氧不足,而往往导致微生物生长不好或出现溶菌问题。在基因工程菌的培养过程中,由于宿主细胞大多是大肠杆菌属细菌,好氧量往往决定目的基因蛋白的高效表达。迄今为止,尚未发现有一种简便的方法能够解决这一问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种微生物培养增氧摇瓶,用以解决现有的摇瓶不能满足好氧微生物的培养、会导致微生物生长不好或出现溶菌问题。
所述的微生物培养增氧摇瓶的特征在于:在瓶体的内壁下部安放一圈卡条,在卡条上设有多个叶片,叶片与瓶体的底部呈30°~330°角。
本实用新型的有益效果:摇瓶在摇床上做顺时针或时针旋转运动时,利用卡条上的叶片与摇瓶内的液体(培养基)产生的运动速度差,使呈不同角度的叶片将液体在无菌空气中切割分散,从而增大液体与无菌空气接触的表面积,使空气中的氧更多的溶入培养基中,供微生物生长代谢所需。微生物培养增氧摇瓶可改善了微生物的生长环境,更有利于微生物的生长和繁殖以及基因蛋白的表达。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。图1中,在所述的微生物培养增氧摇瓶的瓶体1的内壁下部安放一圈卡条2,在卡条2上设有多个叶片3;叶片3与瓶体1的底部呈30°~330°角。
使用时,只需将培养基加入到瓶体1内,放在摇床上,摇瓶在摇床上做顺时针或时针旋转运动时,利用卡条2上的叶片3与摇瓶内的培养基产生的运动速度差,使呈不同角度的叶片3将液体在无菌空气中切割分散,从而增大液体与无菌空气接触的表面积,使空气中的氧更多的溶入培养基中,供微生物生长代谢所需。

2.根据权利要求书1所述的微生物培养增氧摇瓶,其特征在于:叶片(3)与瓶体(1)的底部呈30°~330°角。
