Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种谷氨酸生产过程中的新型发酵罐,在发酵罐内底部的空气分布器外再加装上一个风导流筒,风导流筒呈圆筒状,其底部有一层均匀分布的孔,以便于从发酵罐中往外排料。从集气管过来的空气,由于受到风导流筒的作用,不再四散吹向发酵罐内部,而是直接吹到发酵罐的弧形顶部,再沿发酵罐的四周往下返回,促进从集气管进入到发酵罐中的空气能够均匀分布,溶解氧量增加,保证了发酵质量的稳定性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发酵装置,尤其涉及一种谷氨酸生产过程中的新型发酵罐。
背景技术
众所周知,谷氨酸生产工艺中有发酵工序,该发酵工序是以淀粉为原料,接入菌株FM-84-415后,在发酵罐中进行的。发酵罐内底部设有一空气分不器,从集气管过来的压力空气通过该空气分布器进入到发酵罐中。由于空气分布器呈圆弧状,且上面均匀分布着许多直径相同的孔,压力空气经过空气分布器四散吹向发酵罐内部,导致空气不能均匀分布在发酵罐中,溶解氧量减少,发酵质量不稳定。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决进入发酵罐内的空气分布不均匀,溶解氧量少,发酵质量不稳定的问题,并提供一种能够促进谷氨酸发酵罐内空气分布均匀,溶解氧量增加,发酵质量稳定的新型发酵罐。
本实用新型为了解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:在发酵罐内底部的空气分布器外再加装上一个风导流筒。
所述的加装在发酵罐内底部的风导流筒呈圆筒状,其底部有一层均匀分布的孔,以便于从发酵罐中往外排料。
采用上述结构后,从集气管过来的空气,由于受到风导流筒的作用,不再四散吹向发酵罐内部,而是直接吹到发酵罐的弧形顶部,再沿发酵罐的四周往下返回,达到了空气可以在发酵罐内均匀分布,增加了溶解氧量,稳定了发酵质量的目的。
本实用新型的的有益效果是:从集气管进入到发酵罐中的空气能够均匀分布,溶解氧量增加,保证了发酵质量的稳定性。

具体实施方式
从集气管(5)过来的空气,经空气分布器(4)、风导流筒(3)进入到发酵罐(1)内,受风导流筒(3)的作用,空气被直接吹向发酵罐(1)内呈弧形的顶部,然后再沿发酵罐(1)的四周往下返回,在搅拌器(2)的不断搅拌下与发酵罐(1)的料均匀接触,由于空气在发酵罐(1)内分布均匀,溶解氧量增加,同时也促进了发酵质量的稳定。

1.一种新型发酵罐,其特征是:在发酵罐内底部的空气分布器外再加装上一个风导流筒。
2、根据权利要求1所述的风导流筒,其特征是:导流筒呈圆筒状,其底部有一层均匀分布的孔,以便于从发酵罐中往外排料。
