Abstract
一种塞流式沼气罐,包括罐体、进料口、出料口、人孔、上挡板和下挡板,罐体为卧式圆柱型,在罐体的两端分别设置了进料口和出料口;在罐体的上部靠近出料口一侧设有人孔,该人孔的上端设有人孔盖板;在罐体内等距离上下交错地设置了上挡板和下挡板,上挡板和下挡板通过固定槽固定在罐体上;上挡板呈圆形,其上部设有通气孔,下部设有缺口;下挡板呈圆形,其上部设有缺口。本实用新型具有提高发酵效果的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气罐。
背景技术
在政府的支持下,我国沼气技术的普及迅速而广泛,经过近40年的推广,在传统的沼气池的基础上,已经出现成品沼气罐出售,省去了土建施工的繁琐,特别是近些年出现了玻璃钢和复合材料的沼气罐,有力地促进了沼气技术的普及。但是,这些沼气罐的罐体结构大都以球型为主,结构比较简单,缺点是进料口与出料口距离较短,有些原料还没充分发酵就被排出,另外长期使用时原料沉淀,出现分层,活性层与新原料不能充分接触,影响发酵效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够提高发酵效果的塞流式沼气罐。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种塞流式沼气罐,包括罐体、进料口、出料口、人孔、上档板和下档板。罐体为卧式圆柱型,在罐体的两端分别设置了进料口和出料口。在罐体的上部靠近出料口一侧设有人孔,该人孔的上端设有人孔盖板。在罐体内等距离上下交错地设置了上档板和下档板,上档板和下档板通过固定槽固定在罐体上。上档板呈圆形,其上部设有通气孔,下部设有缺口;下档板呈圆形,其上部设有缺口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型由于罐体为卧式圆柱型,而且进料口与出料口距离较长,同时由于档板的作用,使原料在罐体内呈活塞式流动,在流动过程中起到了搅拌作用,使活性物质与原料充分接触,克服了现有沼气罐的缺陷,提高了发酵效果。

见图1,本实用新型包括包括罐体3、进料口1、出料口6、人孔5、上档板2和下档板8。罐体3为卧式圆柱型,在罐体3的两端分别设置了进料口1和出料口6。在罐体3的上部靠近出料口6一侧设有人孔5,该人孔5的上端设有人孔盖板4。在罐体3内等距离上下交错地设置了上档板2和下档板8,上档板2和下档板8通过固定槽7固定在罐体3上。上档板2呈圆形,其上部设有通气孔,下部设有缺口;下档板8呈圆形,其上部设有缺口。
