本实用新型涉及沼气罐的改造,是一种三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐,它是由上、中、下三套球面壳体叠加组合而成的,所述的下壳体的球面下沿设有圆形底板并与壳体铸为一体,在下壳体的球面上沿利用聚酯树脂及法兰盘螺栓与中壳体连为一体;所述的中壳体的球面上沿用法兰盘不锈钢螺栓连接有上壳体;在上壳体的球面上沿设有圆环板,在圆环板的内环口设有进料管;特别是:所述的中壳体的球面上沿附近设有气管接口,且在中壳体上沿法兰盘的内环口连接有凹面向下的球面顶板,在球面顶板的中心处开有通孔并连接有通道管;本实用新型解决了沼气发酵室浮渣结壳的问题,主要用于沼气罐的改造。

Description

一种三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐
(一).技术领域:本实用新型涉及沼气罐的改造,尤其是一种三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐。
(二).背景技术: 现有水压式沼气发酵罐因对秸杆原料适应性较强,在农村得到广泛应用,这类沼气发酵罐存在的问题是:由于原料发酵室内浮渣容易结壳,原料的有机物得不到充分地分解,秸杆的利用率不高,导致产气率低;针对沼气发酵室浮渣结壳的问题,如何从罐体结构上进行改进,对沼气罐的改造提出了新的要求。
(三).发明内容: 本实用新型的目的就是要解决沼气发酵室浮渣结壳的问题,提供一种三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐。
    本实用新型的具体方案是: 一种三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐,它是由上、中、下三套球面壳体叠加组合而成的,所述的下壳体4的球面下沿设有圆形底板并与壳体铸为一体,在下壳体4的球面上沿利用聚脂树脂及法兰盘螺栓与中壳体3连为一体;所述的中壳体3的球面上沿用法兰盘不锈钢螺栓连接有上壳体2;在上壳体2的球面上沿设有圆环板12,在圆环板12的内环口设有进料管1;其特征是:所述的中壳体3的球面上沿附近设有气管接口10,且在中壳体3上沿法兰盘的内环口连接有凹面向下的球面顶板11,在球面顶板11的中心处开有通孔并连接有通道管5。
   本实用新型与现有的水压式沼气发酵罐相比较,实用新型储气室7的顶部为凹面向下且凹面中心处设有通道管5的球面顶板结构,此种结构在沼气发酵室液面浮渣结壳时,通过沼气压力变化使得液面上下波动携带着浮渣挤压储气室7的顶板而使浮渣结壳破碎;本实用新型较好的解决了沼气发酵室浮渣结壳的问题,产气率与原结构相比较有显著的提高。
本实用新型经过一段时间的实用检验,表现出具有结构合理、造价底廉、安装简单、原料适应广泛、保温性能强、产气率高及使用方便等特点。

(五).具体实施方式:
实施例(参见图1):这是一种中型三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐:它是由上、中、下三套球面壳体叠加组合而成的,所述的下壳体4的球面下沿设有圆形底板并与壳体铸为一体,下壳体的底板直径为900毫米,下壳体的高度为900毫米,球面上沿直径为2200毫米;在下壳体4的球面上沿利用聚脂树脂及法兰盘螺栓与中壳体3连为一体;所述的中壳体球面上沿直径为1700毫米,中壳体高度为650毫米(详见图2),在中壳体3的球面上沿用法兰盘不锈钢螺栓连接有上壳体2;所述的上壳体球面上沿直径为800毫米,上壳体的高度为600毫米,在上壳体2的球面上沿设有圆环板12,在圆环板12的内环口设有进料管1(详见图3);特别是:所述的中壳体3的球面上沿附近设有气管接口10,且在中壳体3上沿法兰盘的内环口连接有凹面向下的球面顶板11,在球面顶板11的中心处开有通孔并连接有通道管5(详见图2)。
    三叠球面玻璃钢沼气发酵罐从使用功能上划分可分设为酸化室6、储气室7及发酵室9,在酸化室的上端设有原料进料口1,便于加料及出料;在酸化室与储气室之间的顶板上设有通道口5,便于原料的进出及储气水封液面升降时的流动;沼气发酵罐投入使用时,随着储气间沼气储量的变化,水封液面的高度随着储气室沼气压力的变化而上下波动,波动的液面一方面对发酵室的浮渣结壳有携带挤压储气室顶板11达到破壳的作用,另一方面波动的液面通过通道口5对酸化室的原料不断地进行补充水份及菌种,即保证了酸化室的一定酸化条件要求,同时对完全酸化分解的原料有着冲刷携带落入发酵室,对发酵室的原料不断地给予补充的作用。
