Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种双水压式厌氧反应器。它由上、下球冠体构成,在球冠体上半盖顶部中心处设有导气口,在球冠体上半盖的同一园径上左右两侧对称设有与水压间连接的通孔,在通孔的四周设有与水压间底部粘接的连接面,上、下球冠体设有相匹配的法兰;两个水压间安装在球冠体上半盖的左右两个通孔上。本实用新型的优点是采用双水压间对称结构,增加了原料的预处理过程,同时将进、出料口均设置为水压间,提高了反应器内压力的稳定性;整体结构受力均衡,具有良好的平衡性和稳定性,提高了本实用新型的使用寿命;本实用新型构件粘连结构科学,具有良好的密封性和保温性,产气率、产气速率及沼气中甲烷的含量高,同时型体结构标准化产业化程度高。

双水压式厌氧反应器
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种厌氧反应器,尤其涉及一种双水压式厌氧反应器。
背景技术:
户用沼气技术的商品化和产业化发展,是解决我国目前户用沼气技术推广与应用的主要问题。农业部2009年3月9日第1177号公告,颁布了玻璃钢沼气池中华人民共和国农业行业标准,即NY/T1699-2009《玻璃纤维增强塑料户用沼气池技术条件》,自2009年5月1日起实施。这个标准的出台,意味着我国户用沼气建设步入工业化时代,标志着我国户用沼气池进入标准化生产、规范化使用、健康化发展的高级阶段,是沼气建设的一个新的里程碑。但是,现有的绝大部分商品化沼气池一般采用玻璃纤维增强塑料制造,而且型体结构大都是从水泥池户用沼气池结构延变而来,类似这种型体结构的沼气池其进、出端是采用单管结构,与厌氧发酵主池之间的连接为线线连接,在内、外力的作用下其连接处容易产生应力集中而出现裂纹甚至损坏,造成密封性差,乃至存在安全隐患,从而影响户用沼气技术商品化和产业化的健康发展。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构优化合理科学、产业化程度高、使用寿命长、应用效果好的双水压式厌氧反应器。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:它是由球冠体上半盖和球冠体下半盖构成,在球冠体上半盖顶部中心处设有沼气导气口,由球冠体上半盖和球冠体下半盖粘合构成主池,双水压间对称置于球冠体上半盖左右两侧;其特征在于:在球冠体上半盖同一条直径上左右两侧对称设有与水压间连接的通孔,通孔位于球冠体上半盖下端的弦切面上,在通孔的四周设有与水压间底部粘接的连接面,连接面的内侧圆弧边沿上方设有与水压间的侧面相依靠的壁面,在球冠体上半盖下端部的圆周上设有与下半盖的上端部圆周相匹配的上法兰;同样的,在球冠体下半盖上端部的圆周上设有与球冠体上半盖的下端部圆周相匹配的下法兰;两个水压间分别安装在球冠体上半盖的左右两个通孔上,在水压间的底部设有可与通孔的边沿紧密粘合的进、出料口。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:(1)由于采用了双水压间的结构,将进、出料口均设置为水压间,与现有的单水压间比较具有较大的水压截面积,使得用户在使用沼气时,在补充同等用气量体积的物料的情况下,双水压间内的液面下降浮动量较小,从而保证了沼气使用时反应器内压力的稳定性。(2)由于采用了双水压间的结构,使得主池整体具有中心的完全对称性,因此具有良好的平衡性和稳定性。(3)双水压间与主池之间采用面面接触的连接方式,不会产生局部应力集中的问题,保证了结构的牢固性,提高了本实用新型的使用寿命。(4)由于球冠体上、下半盖以及双水压间均采用玻璃纤维增强塑料制造,且其边沿法兰设有对应相匹配凹、凸槽的结构形式,使本实用新型具有良好的密封性和保温性,从而提高了有机物厌氧发酵的产气率、产气速率以及沼气中甲烷的含量。(5)采用双水压间结构还可以为原料在水压间内进行预处理提供了有效空间,从而增加了原料的预酸化过程。

具体实施方式:
如图1、2所示,本实用新型由球冠体上半盖1和球冠体下半盖2粘合构成主池,在球冠体上半盖顶部设有导气口13,双水压间3对称置于球冠体上半盖左右两侧。其特征在于:在球冠体上半盖的同一条直径上左右两侧对称设有与水压间连接的通孔4,通孔的口径应便于投放草料和投料后的搅拌工作的进行,通孔位于上半盖下端的弦切面5上,在通孔的四周设有与水压间底部粘接的连接面,连接面的内侧圆弧边沿上方设有与水压间的侧面相依靠的壁面6,该壁面是由连接面的内侧圆弧边沿上的点向上延伸至上半盖球面上的对应点,并将上下对应的点相互连接后形成的。在球冠体上半盖下端部的圆周上设有与球冠体下半盖的上端部圆周相匹配的上法兰7;同样的,在球冠体下半盖上端部的圆周上设有与球冠体上半盖的下端部圆周相匹配的下法兰8。两个水压间分别安装在上半盖的左右两个通孔上,在水压间的底部设有可与通孔的边沿紧密配合的进、出料口。通孔和进出料口应足够大,能够保证下料的方便以及采用出渣勺舀出反应器中废渣的方便。
在水压间的上端口设有带孔活动式安全盖9。
所述的上法兰7为带有向下凸起的凸槽10,所述的下法兰8为带有与上法兰凸槽相匹配对应的凹槽11。如图3所示,为了使密封效果更好,在下法兰的外侧设有向上的沿边12,使上法兰能够完全落在下法兰内。
为了产业化生产与安装使用的方便以及结构优化设计的科学性和整个池体受力的均衡性,将两个水压间底部的进、出料口向侧边对称偏置。

1、一种双水压式厌氧反应器,它是由球冠体上半盖和球冠体下半盖构成,在球冠体上半盖顶部中心处设有沼气导气口,由球冠体上半盖和球冠体下半盖粘合构成主池,双水压间对称置于球冠体上半盖左右两侧;其特征在于:在球冠体上半盖的同一条直径上左右两侧对称设有与水压间连接的通孔,通孔位于球冠体上半盖下端的弦切面上,在通孔的四周设有与水压间底部粘接的连接面,连接面的内侧圆弧边沿上方设有与水压间的侧面相依靠的壁面,在球冠体上半盖下端部的圆周上设有与下半盖的上端部圆周相匹配的上法兰;同样的,在球冠体下半盖上端部的圆周上设有与球冠体上半盖的下端部圆周相匹配的下法兰;两个水压间分别安装在球冠体上半盖的左右两个通孔上,在水压间的底部设有可与通孔的边沿紧密粘合的进、出料口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双水压式厌氧反应器,其特征在于:所述的上法兰为带有向下凸起的凸槽,所述的下法兰为带有与上法兰凸槽相匹配的对应的凹槽。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双水压式厌氧反应器,其特征在于:将两个水压间底部的进、出料口向侧边对称偏置。
4、根据权利要求1所述的双水压式厌氧反应器,其特征在于:在下法兰的外侧设有向上的沿边,上法兰能够完全落在下法兰内。
5、根据权利要求1所述的双水压式厌氧反应器,其特征在于:在水压间的上端设有带孔的活动式安全盖。
