本实用新型涉及一种沼气池,尤其是一种自循环沼气池。包括:池体、池盖、入料管、输气管,所述池体呈圆筒状,池底呈圆锥状,池盖上部中间设置有气室,所述气室通过池盖上的预留孔与池腔连通,气室其上部设置有输气管,其外周设置有环形水槽,该环形水槽内设置有小隔墙,该小隔墙两侧分别设置有入料管和溢流管,所述入料管和溢流管与池腔连通,入料管外壁上设置有单向阀,所述池腔内设置有大隔墙,所述隔墙将池腔分隔成连通的发酵室。通过设置的隔墙可使沼液在池腔内充分流动及发酵,减少浮渣和结壳的产生,设置的环形水槽使入料充分溶解。

背景技术:
现在的沼气池大多数采用搅拌装置将原料搅匀,以达到充分发酵的效果,但大多数由于发酵不完全导致产生大量浮渣和结壳,影响了产气率。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种沼液可自循环,无结壳,产气率高的自循环沼气池。
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种自循环沼气池,包括:池体、池盖、入料管、输气管,所述池体呈圆筒状,池底呈圆锥状,池盖上部中间设置有气室,所述气室通过池盖上的预留孔与池腔连通,气室其上部设置有输气管,其外周设置有环形水槽,该环形水槽内设置有小隔墙,该小隔墙两侧分别设置有入料管和溢流管,所述入料管和溢流管与池腔连通,入料管外壁上设置有单向阀,所述池腔内设置有大隔墙,所述大隔墙将池腔分隔成连通的发酵室。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
通过设置的隔墙可使沼液在池腔内充分流动及发酵,减少浮渣和结壳的产生,设置的环形水槽可使入料充分溶解。

一种自循环沼气池,包括:池体5、池盖16、入料管7、输气管9,所述池体5呈圆筒状,池底呈圆锥状,池盖16上部中间设置有气室11,所述气室11通过池盖16上的预留孔17与池腔18连通,气室11其上部设置有输气管9,其外周设置有环形水槽15,该环形水槽15内设置有小隔墙3,该小隔墙3两侧分别设置有入料管7和溢流管2,所述入料管7和溢流管2与池腔18连通,入料管7外壁上设置有单向阀4,所述池腔18内设置有大隔墙6,所述大隔墙6将池腔18分隔成连通的发酵室。
本实用新型的工作原理简述如下:
首先,在密封盖板8未封闭时向池腔18内预装大量的池料,然后将密封盖板8和水槽盖板14安装上,当入料经发酵产生沼气时,池腔18内的沼液由于压力作用,将其压到入料管7和溢流管2内,当沼液过多时,会通过溢流管2,溢流到环形水槽15;当打开阀门10放出沼气后,由于压力减少,入料管7和溢流管2内的沼液回流,水槽内的沼液将通过单向阀4流到池腔内,可用的入料从入料口13放入环形水槽15内,当溢流管2溢出的沼液可将其溶解,然后流到池腔18内。
