本实用新型涉及地坪墙边及楼梯专用研磨机的改良结构。
背景技术
目前对地坪墙边或楼梯进行研磨时，都需要用到专用的地坪研磨机，现有技术的这种研磨机磨盘下面只带有一只磨片，而且该磨片与磨盘是一起同时转动的，这种结构的研磨机，打磨精度非常低。另外目前的研磨机上的导向滑轮都是固定安装不能调节的，不能适应情况多样的地坪墙边或楼梯的墙边，使用这种结构的研磨机，沿着墙边线旁边的一部分区域会打磨不了。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，现提供一种打磨可提高打磨精度的地坪墙边及楼梯专用研磨机。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：地坪墙边及楼梯专用研磨机的改良结构，该研磨机包括有磨盘，在所述的磨盘底部带有多个行星磨片，该行星磨片都可以独立转动。
为了进一步完善本技术方案，作了以下改进：
在研磨机主体的前端面通过螺钉轴接有转动臂，在转动臂的末端设置有导向滑轮。
采用上述技术方案后，由于在磨盘的底部设置有多个可独立转动的行星磨片，从而可大大增加打磨的精度；另外，由于导向滑轮向外伸缩的幅度可随意调节，使研磨机适应各种情况的墙边或楼梯。

具体实施方式
现利用附图1和2进一步详细论述本实用新型的具体实施例。
本地坪墙边及楼梯专用研磨机包括有两个磨盘1、2，在每个磨盘1、2底部带有三个行星磨片3，这些行星磨片3都可以独立转动，这种结构的打磨方式，通过三个行星磨片3对各自区域高速精密的打磨，可打磨出非常高精度的地坪面。
在研磨机主体4的前端面两侧分别通过螺钉5、6连接有转动臂7、8，在转动臂7、8的末端设置有导向滑轮9、10，要调节时松开螺钉5、6，根据墙边或楼梯的具体情况转动转动臂7、8，使研磨机的磨片3可打磨到地坪或楼梯墙边的死角位，然后锁紧螺钉，这样就可以大大提高墙边的打磨质量。

1.地坪墙边及楼梯专用研磨机的改良结构，该研磨机包括有磨盘(1)，其特征在于：在所述的磨盘(1)的底部带有多个行星磨片(2)，该行星磨片(2)可以独立转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的地坪墙边及楼梯专用研磨机的改良结构，其特征在于：在研磨机主体(3)的前端面通过螺钉(4、5)轴接有转动臂(6、7)，在转动臂(6、7)的末端设置有导向滑轮(8、9)。
