太阳能厌氧消化器,发酵罐的罐口盖有顶盖,发酵罐的两侧分别设有与其内部连通的进料管和出料管,一导气管从顶盖与发酵罐的内部相通,在发酵罐的罐口盖有透光的顶盖,顶盖为两层,且顶盖的两层之间围成有封闭的空心夹层。本实用新型结构简单,厌氧消化处理的效果好,制作成本低,适宜于城乡推广使用。

本实用新型涉及一种处理粪污(人、畜粪便、可发酵生活垃圾)的装置。
背景技术
厌氧消化器作为处理粪污(人、畜粪便、可发酵生活垃圾)的装置已较广泛的使用。已有的一种称为沼气池的厌氧消化装置的主要结构为,一发酵池的两侧分别设有进料池、出料池,进料池、出料池与发酵池连通。该种沼气池存在的欠缺是:它在设置时,绝大部分是处在地下的,发酵池内的温度较底,厌氧发酵的温度不够理想。中国专利公开了一些厌氧消化器,这些厌氧消化器具有处理粪污的能力,但结构较复杂、成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种太阳能厌氧消化器,它能够较好的采集太阳的热量,有较好的保温、厌氧消化性能,且占地面积小。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:
太阳能厌氧消化器,发酵罐的罐口盖有顶盖,发酵罐的两侧分别设有与其内部连通的进料管和出料管,一导气管与发酵罐的内部相通,在发酵罐的罐口盖有透光的顶盖,顶盖为两层,且顶盖的两层之间围成有封闭的空心夹层。
由上述方案可见,本实用新型提供的太阳能厌氧消化器在使用中,阳光会透过顶盖照射到发酵罐中,发酵罐内的温度可得到显著的提高,且由于顶盖具有空心夹层,它对发酵罐又具有较好的保温性能,从而保证发酵罐内具有较高的厌氧消化温度。
本实用新型结构简单,厌氧消化处理的效果好,制作成本低,适宜于城乡推广使用。

发酵罐1罐口盖有透光的顶盖5,发酵罐5的两侧分别设有与其内部连通的进料管2和出料管8,一导气管6与发酵罐1的内部相通,顶盖5为两层,且顶盖5的两层之间围成有封闭的空心夹层5a。另外,可在顶盖5的下层上附有深色的吸光层,顶盖5的下层上的吸光层会较好的吸收太阳的热量,当发酵罐1装满粪污时,粪污更好的接受到太阳的热量,吸光层可由深色的涂料或颜料均匀的涂附在顶盖的下层上形成。为提高发酵罐1的保温性,发酵罐1为双层,且发酵罐1的两层之间围成有封闭的空心夹层,在夹层内填充有保温材料10。
导气管6与发酵罐1的内部相通的方式为:顶盖5中部穿插有一空心的管帽7,管帽7的内腔与发酵罐1内部相通,导气管6与管帽7的上端相接、且与管帽7的内腔相通。在导气管上接上输气管道,即可将发酵罐内产生的沼气输送到储气罐中,以供使用。
在进料管2的上端连接有一进料斗4,进料斗4的旁侧接有一段进料管3,在出料管8上部连通有一段溢流管9。通过进料斗4可将要消化处理的可发酵生活垃圾(菜叶、瓜果皮、剩饭、菜)加入到发酵罐1内。将进料管3与住户厕所的排粪管道相接,住户厕所排出的粪便即可直接进入发酵罐1内。当发酵罐1内的沼液过多时,沼液会从溢流管9溢出。溢流管9内孔的最低处的水平高度要略低于进料斗4内部底面的高度。另外,当发酵罐1内消化后的沉淀物较多时,可从出料管8处将沉淀物抽出。

1、太阳能厌氧消化器,发酵罐的罐口盖有顶盖,发酵罐的两侧分别设有与其内部连通的进料管和出料管,一导气管与发酵罐的内部相通,其特征在于:在发酵罐的罐口盖有透光的顶盖,顶盖为两层,且顶盖的两层之间围成有封闭的空心夹层。
2、据权利要求1所述的太阳能厌氧消化器,其特征在于:在顶盖的下层上附有深色的吸光层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能厌氧消化器,其特征在于:发酵罐为双层,且发酵罐的两层之间围成有封闭的空心夹层,在夹层内填充有保温材料。
4、据权利要求1所述的太阳能厌氧消化器,其特征在于:顶盖中部穿插有一空心的管帽,管帽的内腔与发酵罐内部相通,导气管与管帽的上端相接、且与管帽的内腔相通。
5、据权利要求1所述的太阳能厌氧消化器,其特征在于:在进料管的上端连接有一进料斗,进料斗的旁侧接有一段进料管,在出料管上部连通有一段溢流管。
