沼气是有机物质在厌氧环境中,在一定的温度、湿度、酸碱度的条件下,通过微生物发酵作用,产生的一种可燃气体。由于这种气体最初是在沼泽、湖泊、池塘中发现的,所以人们叫它沼气,随着人类科学技术的进步,沼气可以通过利用人畜粪便、农作物秸秆、厨房废弃物和水等有机原料通过厌氧发酵来产生气体,产生的气体用来照明、烧水做饭,不但节能环保,还给人们的生活带来了方便。为适应新能源在农村的广泛使用,沼气池的作用越来越突出,尤其在寒冷地区,而现有沼气池的进料口狭小,给进料带来不便。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有沼气池的进料口狭小,给进料带来不便的问题,进而提供一种便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池。
本实用新型的技术方案是:便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池包括上壳体、下壳体、进料筒、出料槽、水压管、观察窗、沼气输出管、打压管和压力泵,上壳体和下壳体扣合形成沼气池,上壳体上设有观察口,观察窗密封设置在上壳体的观察口上,观察窗上开设有沼气输出管口和打压管口,沼气输出管密封插装在沼气输出管口上,打压管的一端密封插装在打压管口上,打压管的另一端与压力泵密封连接,出料槽设置在上壳体上,水压管穿设在上壳体上,水压管的上端口与出料槽连通,且水压管与出料槽的交汇处密封连接,进料筒包括第一进料筒和第二进料筒,第二进料筒和第一进料筒由上至下制成一体,第一进料筒穿设在上壳体上,且第一进料筒与上壳体的交汇处密封连接,第二进料筒为圆台形进料筒,圆台形进料筒的上端口大于圆台形进料筒的下端口。

具体实施方式一:结合图1和图2说明本实施方式,本实施方式的便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池包括上壳体1、下壳体2、进料筒3、出料槽4、水压管5、观察窗6、沼气输出管7、打压管8和压力泵9,上壳体1和下壳体2扣合形成沼气池,上壳体1上设有观察口1-1,观察窗6密封设置在上壳体1的观察口1-1上,观察窗6上开设有沼气输出管口6-1和打压管口6-2,沼气输出管7密封插装在沼气输出管口6-1上,打压管8的一端密封插装在打压管口6-2上,打压管8的另一端与压力泵9密封连接,出料槽4设置在上壳体1上,水压管5穿设在上壳体1上,水压管5的上端口与出料槽4连通,且水压管5与出料槽4的交汇处密封连接,进料筒3包括第一进料筒3-1和第二进料筒3-2,第二进料筒3-2和第一进料筒3-1由上至下制成一体,第一进料筒3-1穿设在上壳体1上,且第一进料筒3-1与上壳体1的交汇处密封连接,第二进料筒3-2为圆台形进料筒,圆台形进料筒的上端口大于圆台形进料筒的下端口。
具体实施方式二:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式的第一进料筒3-1的下端位于上壳体1与下壳体2的交汇处。如此设置,便于人畜粪便、农作物秸秆、厨房废弃物和水进入到沼气池内。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式的水压管5的下端置于上壳体1内,且水压管5的下端口位于上壳体1和下壳体2交汇处的距离H为10mm-25mm。如此设置,便于人畜粪便、农作物秸秆、厨房废弃物和水等有机物在压力作用下排出。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一或二相同。
具体实施方式四:结合图1和图2说明本实施方式,本实施方式的上壳体1和下壳体2均为半球形壳体。如此设置,便于人畜粪便、农作物秸秆、厨房废弃物和水进入到沼气池内。其它组成和连接关系与具体实施方式一、二或三相同。
本实施方式的工作原理是:将人畜粪便、农作物秸秆、厨房废弃物和水等有机物通过进料筒3由工作人员倒入沼气池内进行发酵,5-30天后,通过观察口1-1观察有机物的发酵情况,待有机物发酵成足够的沼气后,压力泵9通过打压管8向沼气池内打压,当沼气池内的压力达到1.0kPa-1.6kPa时,沼气由沼气输出管7输出,供沼气灯和沼气灶等使用。当有机物发酵完毕后,压力泵9通过打压管8向沼气池内打压,废弃的有机物在压力的作用下,通过水压管5和出料槽4将废弃的有机物排出。

1.一种便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池,它包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(2)、进料筒(3)、出料槽(4)、水压管(5)、观察窗(6)、沼气输出管(7)、打压管(8)和压力泵(9),上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)扣合形成沼气池,上壳体(1)上设有观察口(1-1),观察窗(6)密封设置在上壳体(1)的观察口(1-1)上,观察窗(6)上开设有沼气输出管口(6-1)和打压管口(6-2),沼气输出管(7)密封插装在沼气输出管口(6-1)上,打压管(8)的一端密封插装在打压管口(6-2)上,打压管(8)的另一端与压力泵(9)密封连接,出料槽(4)设置在上壳体(1)上,水压管(5)穿设在上壳体(1)上,水压管(5)的上端口与出料槽(4)连通,且水压管(5)与出料槽(4)的交汇处密封连接,其特征在于:进料筒(3)包括第一进料筒(3-1)和第二进料筒(3-2),第二进料筒(3-2)和第一进料筒(3-1)由上至下制成一体,第一进料筒(3-1)穿设在上壳体(1)上,且第一进料筒(3-1)与上壳体(1)的交汇处密封连接,第二进料筒(3-2)为圆台形进料筒,圆台形进料筒的上端口大于圆台形进料筒的下端口。
2.根据权利要求1所述便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:第一进料筒(3-1)的下端位于上壳体(1)与下壳体(2)的交汇处。
3.根据权利要求2所述便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:水压管(5)的下端置于上壳体(1)内,且水压管(5)的下端口位于上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)交汇处的距离(H)为10mm-25mm。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述便于进料的玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于:上壳体(1)和下壳体(2)均为半球形壳体。
