Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种沼气发生装置包括带有进料口的沼气池,沼气池还与储气塔连接,所述沼气池的顶棚为塑料布制成的弓棚,弓棚的四边贴池内四边低于水位线处固定,在沼气池与储气塔之间还依次连接有空压机、脱水罐、脱硫罐,在储气塔后还设有阻火罐。本实用新型是一种能将污染环境的有机物转化为沼气且密封性好防止漏气的沼气发生装置。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能将污染环境的有机物转化为沼气的沼气发生装置。
背景技术
用沼气池生产沼气供人们使用,具有优化环境,废物的再利用以及产生能源的优点,所以早已在广大农村推广使用。但是,现有的沼气池却存在池体与池顶密封不紧密的现象,沼气的成分除了包括甲烷外,还有二氧化碳、硫化氢一氧化碳等其他成分,如果漏气就会在人们使用时带来安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能将城乡污染环境的有机物得到高效循环利用转化为沼气,并且密封性好防止漏气、造价低的沼气发生装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:包括带有进料口的沼气池,沼气池还与储气塔连接,所述沼气池的顶棚为塑料布制成的弓棚,弓棚的四边贴池内四边低于水位线处固定。
在沼气池与储气塔之间还依次连接有空压机、脱水罐、脱硫罐,在储气塔后还设有阻火罐。
弓棚的四边贴池内四边低于水位线30公分处固定。
弓棚顶部通设有与水泵相连的水管。
本实用新型在使用时,可将生活垃圾的有机物、生活废水、畜禽粪便及秸秆等通过进料口倒入沼气池内,使之发酵产生沼气,用塑料布制成弓棚且四边贴在池内的四边并设定在水下可以避免沼气池漏气,根据弓棚的承受压力设置空压机的开关,使沼气自动进入储气塔。通过脱水罐、脱硫罐可以脱去其中的水汽、硫化物,进入储气塔,用户使用时,沼气还要经过阻火罐,这样就提高了安全性。由于沼气池表层容易形成结皮,阻碍沼气放出,所以可以通过水泵和水管向沼气池喷高压水,打碎沼气池表层的结皮,提高传气率。当然,在实际应用中可根据需要在田间建立大型或者特大型沼气池,并配套建设“生活垃圾分离区”、“生活废水蓄备处理池”、“水肥归田配兑池”,将垃圾和废物集中分类处理再倒入沼气池中产生沼气,供人使用,节能并减少污染物。

具体实施方式
由图1所示的沼气发生装置,包括带有进料口2和出料口11的沼气池1,沼气池1还依次与空压机4、脱水罐5、脱硫罐6、储气塔7、阻火罐8连接。所述沼气池1的顶棚为塑料布制成的弓棚3,弓棚3的四边贴沼气池1内四边低于水位线30公分处固定。弓棚3顶部通设有与水泵10相连的水管9。
使用时,可将生活垃圾的有机物、生活废水、畜禽粪便及秸秆等通过进料口2倒入沼气池1内,使之发酵产生沼气,在空压机4的作用下可以快速通过脱水罐5、脱硫罐6,进入储气塔7,用户使用时,沼气还要经过阻火罐8,这样就提高了安全性。脱水罐5、脱硫罐6的设置可以脱去沼气中的的水汽、硫化物,使用更加安全。当沼气池1表层出现结皮时,可通过水泵10和水管9向沼气池1喷高压水,打碎结皮,提高传气率。当需要清理沼气池1内的池沼液时,可打开出料口11进行清理。

1.一种沼气发生装置,包括带有进料口的沼气池,沼气池还与储气塔连接,其特征在于:所述沼气池的顶棚为塑料布制成的弓棚,弓棚的四边贴池内四边低于水位线处固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:在沼气池与储气塔之间还依次连接有空压机、脱水罐、脱硫罐,在储气塔后还设有阻火罐。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:弓棚的四边贴池内四边低于水位线30公分处固定。
4.如权利要求3所述的沼气发生装置,其特征在于:弓棚顶部通设有与水泵相连的水管。
