发明一种家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池,包括大发酵池(1),安装在同一侧的出渣池(2)、压力池(3),进料管(4)、出渣管(5)、压力管(6),所述大发酵池(1)的上部是储气室(9),在大发酵池(1)内的中部靠近压力池(3)一侧装有小发酵池(7),小发酵池(7)下方有支架(8)固定在大发酵池(1)的底内壁,小发酵池(7)的上方为储气室(9),进料管与大发酵池内的小发酵池连接组成连通器;出渣管一端通入大发酵池底部,另一端通入出渣池并延长至高出出渣池底平面20-30cm,压力管一端与大发酵池连通,另一端与压力池连通。本发明结构简单,投资少,管理方便,易于进原料和出废渣,能长久连续使用。

家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池
一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种水发酵式沼气池,特别是一种家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池。
二、背景技术
原有的沼气池进料口与出渣口、压力池是对称安装,这样会给平时管理带来不便,也难在沼气沼顶上建猪舍,浪费土地空间,且现有的沼气池浮渣容易结壳,结壳严重时会导至进料困难,这时需停止使用打开活动盖进行大换料,非常麻烦,且不能连续使用。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种能克服上述缺点,沼气池内浮渣不会结壳,进料容易,管理方便,原料利用率高,且能长久连续使用的家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池。
本发明的家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池,包括大发酵池,出渣池,压力池,进料管,出渣管,压力管;其特征在于所述的进料管、出渣管、压力管、出渣池、压力池是安装在同一侧,方便在沼气池顶上建猪舍,节约用地,且易于管理;所述的大发酵池的上部是储气室,在大发酵池的中部靠近压力池一侧建有小发酵池,小发酵池上端开口作出料口,下端外壁接有支架,支架下其固定在大发酵池的底内壁,小发酵池的上方为储气室,进料管与大发酵池内的小发酵池连接组成连通器,便于进新原料和水份直接到达小发酵池上面,从储气室下面流入大发酵池内,这样新进的原料在大发酵池上层,旧原料在大发酵池下层,废渣在最底层;出渣管一端通入大发酵池底部,另一端通入出渣池并延长至高出出渣池底平面20-30cm,方便出废渣;压力管一端与大发酵池连通,另一端与压力池连通。
本发明的家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池,由于进料管、出渣管、压力管、出渣池、压力池是安装在同一侧,方便在沼气池上建猪舍,节约用地,且易于管理;在大发酵池建有小发酵池,从小发酵池进新料,新料从小发酵池进入再从小发酵上端出料口进入大发酵池,新进的原料在大发酵池上层,旧原料在大发酵池下层,废渣在最底层,这样做到新陈代谢工序层次分明,原料能充分利用,且没有浮渣结壳,全发酵池材料均为流动液体。本发明结构简单,投资少,管理方便,易于进原料和出废渣,能长久连续使用。

五、具体实施方式
参见附图,本发明的家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池包括大发酵池1,出渣池2、压力池3,进料管4,出渣管5、压力管6,所述的进料管4、出渣管5、压力管6、出渣池2、压力池3安装在同一侧,目的就方便在沼气池上建猪舍,节约用地,且方便管理;所述的大发酵池1的上部是储气室9,在大发酵池1内的中部靠近压力池3一侧建有小发酵池7,小发酵池7上端开口作出料口,小发酵池7下方外壁连接有支架8,支架8下端固定在大发酵池1的底内壁,小发酵池7的上端面距离大发酵池1顶端52cm,这部分的空间为储气室9,进料管4上端的上端在大发酵池1外,下端斜插安装入大发酵池1内的小发酵池7连接形成连通器;出渣管5一端通入大发酵池1底部,另一端通入出渣池并延长至高出出渣池底平面20-40cm,方便出废渣;压力管6一端与大发酵池1连通,另一端与压力池3连通。
本发明家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池,从进新原料到废料排渣出沼气池的工序如下:先将新料切碎,避免结成团块,影响进料入池和排废渣出沼气池外新原料从进料管4进入,用特制工具将原料入大发酵池1内的小发酵池7推,同时多加水,并用工具多推拉几次将原料和水搅拌成流动的液体,这时小发酵池7的原料便会上升到储气室9的位置,落入大发酵池1进行二次发酵,大发酵池1底层的废渣由于进新原料增加了的大发酵池1的压强力,这股压强力就把废渣推入出渣管5,废渣从出渣管5排出沼气池外。排除废渣时,要用一种比出渣管5小的工具伸入出渣管5内来回推拉,其目的是,把出渣管5内的水份和废渣推回到大发酵池1内,大发酵池1内得到这股推动力,把比重轻的有机质料和比重大的坭沙和碎石两者互相运动,搅拌成为混合料,不断推拉,便把这些混合料排到出渣池2内,由于本实施例的出渣管5的管口高出出渣池2的池底35cm,排出的混合料不能再经出渣管5回流到大发酵池1内,使废渣和坭沙碎石都能排出发酵池外,使沼气池达到没有坭沙碎石沉积池底,也不会出现浮渣结壳,全发酵池都是流动的液体,这种进料方式和出渣方式能使沼气池长久连续使用。

1.一种家用怀胎式液体连通器沼气池,包括大发酵池(1),出渣池(2)、压力池(3),进料管(4)、出渣管(5)、压力管(6),其特征在于所述的进料管(4)、出渣管(5)、压力管(6)、出渣池(2)、压力池(3)安装在同一侧;所述大发酵池(1)的上部是储气室(9),在大发酵池(1)内的中部靠近压力池(3)一侧装有小发酵池(7),小发酵池(7)下方有支架(8)固定在大发酵池(1)的底内壁,小发酵池(7)的上方为储气室(9),进料管(4)与大发酵池(1)内的小发酵池(7)连接组成连通器;出渣管(5)一端通入大发酵池(1)底部,另一端通入出渣池并延长至高出出渣池底平面20-30cm,压力管(6)一端与大发酵池(1)连通,另一端与压力池(3)连通。
