背景技术
现有气送光纤单元一般用于接入网系统的室内场合或局域网之间、小区之间的室外场合,其结构为:在光纤外包覆外护套。这种光纤单元在管道中气送敷设距离短,一般在500米以内,不能满足较长距离的气送敷设需要。
发明内容
本实新型的目的是克服现有气送光纤单元的不足,提供一种外表面具有玻璃微珠层的气送光纤单元,能够满足较长距离的气送敷设需要。
本实用新型提供的外表面具有玻璃微珠层的气送光纤单元,包括光纤及其涂层、包覆在涂层外的外护套,在外护套表面设有玻璃微珠层。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于玻璃微珠层表面凹凸不平,在管道内受到气吹时,其表面承受推力比平滑的表面大,因而可以将光纤单元气送较长的距离,满足敷设需要,而且光纤也不易因侧压力和拉伸力的作用而受损伤。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先将数根光纤1涂覆涂层2使其粘合,再包覆外护套3,同时在外护套3外喷覆玻璃微珠形成玻璃微珠层4,即制成本实用新型。
