本实用新型涉及光缆,尤其是双芯扁形紧套光缆。
背景技术
光纤化、宽带化是我国电信业进入全业务运营时代的主题,FTTX将迎来最佳发展时期,至2015年我国FTTX用户将从2009年的2300万户迅速增加到5000万户,室内光缆的需求量将大幅量增长。紧套光纤适用于尾纤、跳线、光通信设备机房、光配线架的光连接以及光仪器、设备的光连接,是制造各种软光缆的基础元件。现有的双芯扁形紧套光缆包括两条紧套缆芯,有外护套套住这两条紧套缆芯,外护套除了隔绝外界化学腐蚀及污染,还从侧压性能,扭转性能等方面对紧套缆芯起到保护作用,在使用里面的紧套缆芯之前需先把外护套剥开。现有的双芯扁形紧套光缆,其外护套在对应于两条缆芯之间的侧壁处是中空的,外护套容易在此处变形,影响到其机械性能,对光缆的敷设会造成不良影响。另,现有的外护套侧壁是平整的,需剥开时操作不太方便。
发明内容
本实用新型将解决双芯扁形紧套光缆的外护套容易变形和不易剥开的问题。
为此给出双芯扁形紧套光缆,包括两条紧套缆芯,有外护套套住这两条紧套缆芯,其特征是,外护套在对应于两条缆芯之间的侧壁处开有凹槽。
外护套在对应于两条缆芯之间的侧壁处因为开有凹槽,所以不会中空,有利于保持外护套的形状,并且从凹槽着手容易把外护套剥开,操作方便。如果外护套在对应于两条缆芯之间的两边侧壁处均开有凹槽,凹槽为V形槽,且双芯扁形紧套光缆呈8字型的扁形结构,可使光纤排列更紧凑。在外护套上开槽工艺简单,容易实现。本实用新型双芯扁形紧套光缆具有外径小、重量轻、易剥离、弯曲性能好等优点,适用于室内敷设环境。

双芯扁形紧套光缆如图1,包括两条紧套缆芯,每条紧套缆芯包括紧套光纤4和套住紧套光纤4的内护套2,在紧套光纤4与内护套2之间设置有芳纶纱3加强层,能够提高室内光缆的机械性能和环境性能。外护套1套住这两条紧套缆芯,外护套1在对应于两条缆芯之间的两边侧壁处5开有V形凹槽6。

1.双芯扁形紧套光缆,包括两条紧套缆芯,有外护套套住这两条紧套缆芯,其特征是,外护套在对应于两条缆芯之间的侧壁处开有凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双芯扁形紧套光缆,其特征是,外护套在对应于两条缆芯之间的两边侧壁处均开有凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双芯扁形紧套光缆,其特征是,所述凹槽为V形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双芯扁形紧套光缆,其特征是,每条紧套缆芯包括紧套光纤和套住紧套光纤的内护套。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双芯扁形紧套光缆,其特征是,在紧套光纤与内护套之间设置有芳纶纱加强层。
