本实用新型涉及一种光纤单元,特别与主要用于室内气吹敷设用的高性能光纤单元有关。
背景技术:
气吹敷设是近几年发展起来的最常用的光缆敷设方式之一,光缆在敷设时采用气吹机随气流徐徐送入微管道中,缆身受力均匀,外护层无损伤划破,缆芯结构没被破坏,保证了光纤传输性能不受影响,彻底解决了传统方法敷设光缆过程中容易将光缆拉伤、扭伤和刮伤的现象。现在这种方式也应用在室内光缆的布放中,现有的适合室内气吹布放的光纤单元通常是将一根或数根光纤(带)经过树脂涂覆、固化而形成的外径在0.4mm到3.0mm的光单元,在其表面还可能有为改善气吹距离而喷射上的小玻璃珠,其在实际气吹过程中与微管道内壁发生摩擦经常会出现固化层开裂,玻璃珠脱落等现象,由于室内布放的微管道尺寸一般为5.0mm/3.5mm,脱落的固化层或玻璃珠容易堵塞管道,出现气吹距离短,敷设后光纤单元传输性能受影响等情况。
实新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上不足,提供一种利于提高气吹距离,适用于室内吹敷设用的高性能光纤单元。
本实用新型的目的是这样来实现的:
本实用新型高性能光纤单元,包括至少一根光纤,包覆在光纤上的固化树脂层,位于固化树脂层外的护套,护套外表面分布有凹槽。
上述的固化树脂层与护套间有填充复合物层。
本实用新型光纤单元中护套表面上的凹槽可经挤出模具形成。本实用新型光缆在保证了一定的刚度前提下,其表面的凹槽有利于提高气吹距离,适用于室内气吹敷设用。本实用新型室内气吹敷设用高性能光纤单元外径在0.8mm到3.0mm,适用于气吹在3.5mm/5.0mm微管道中,气吹距离在700m以上。

1、高性能光纤单元,其特征是包括至少一根光纤,包覆在光纤上的固化树脂层,位于固化树脂层外的护套,护套外表面分布有凹槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的高性能光纤单元,其特征在于固化树脂层与护套间有填充复合物层。
