现有中心管式光纤带光缆在光纤带的套管外包覆外护套,护套内对称设置两根钢丝加强件,这种光缆的防侧压和抗拉伸的性能不佳,尤其在恶劣的环境中敷设时光缆内的光纤易受损伤。
发明内容
为了克服现有中心管式光纤带光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种加强型中心管式光纤带光缆,其防侧压和抗拉伸的性能得到增强,即使在恶劣的环境中敷设的光缆内的光纤也不易受损伤。
本实用新型提供的一种加强型中心管式光纤带光缆包括光纤带及其套管和套管外包覆的外护套,在套管与外护套之间设有钢带加强层,在外护套内对称设置四根钢丝加强件。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在套管外设有钢带加强层、在外护套内对称设置四根钢丝加强件,光缆的抗侧压和抗拉伸性能增强,能够适应在恶劣的环境中敷设使用,光纤不易受损伤。

参照图1,在设有光纤带1和纤膏2的套管4外包覆皱纹钢带构成的钢带加强层5,再在钢带加强层5外对称设置四根钢丝加强件3,然后包覆外护套6并将钢丝加强件3包覆在外护套6内,即制成本实用新型。
