背景技术
通信基站使用的射频拉远光缆需有较好的耐侧压性能,才能适应使用要求。现有射频拉远光缆由于结构方面的原因其耐侧压性能较差,因此,光缆容易损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有射频拉远光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种通信基站用两芯嵌入式射频拉远光缆,具有良好的耐侧压性能,适应在通信基站使用,光缆不易损坏。
本实用新型提供的一种通信基站用两芯嵌入式射频拉远光缆,包括两个光纤单元、两根填充件及外护套,光纤单元由光纤及其紧套层和包覆在紧套层外的内护层、护套层构成,填充件由芳纶纱外包覆护层构成,光纤单元与填充件间隔设置,两个光纤单元紧密接触并嵌入两根填充件之间。
为使本实用新型的抗拉强度进一步增强并在敷设接续时便于开剥,在填充件的两侧分别设有芳纶加强件和撕裂绳。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于光纤单元由光纤及其紧套层和包覆在紧套层外的内护层、护套层构成,填充件由芳纶纱外包覆护层构成,光纤单元与填充件间隔设置,两个光纤单元紧密接触并嵌入两根填充件之间,明显提高了光缆的耐侧压性能,能够适应在通信基站使用,光缆不易损坏。

参照图1,在光纤2外依次包覆光纤紧套层3、内护层4、护套层5制成光纤单元1;在芳纶纱8外包覆护层9制成填充件7;然后将光纤单元1、填充件7、芳纶加强件6、撕裂绳10一起绞合后包覆外护套11制成本实用新型,绞合时将光纤单元1与填充件7间隔设置,两个光纤单元1紧密接触并嵌入两根填充件7之间,在填充件7的两侧分别设置芳纶加强件6和撕裂绳10。

1.一种通信基站用两芯嵌入式射频拉远光缆,包括两个光纤单元、两根填充件及外护套,光纤单元由光纤及其紧套层和包覆在紧套层外的内护层、护套层构成,填充件由芳纶纱外包覆护层构成,其特征在于光纤单元与填充件间隔设置,两个光纤单元紧密接触并嵌入两根填充件之间。
