本实用新型涉及一种光缆,尤其是一种馈线光缆。
背景技术
现有光缆为增强防水性能一般在缆芯内填充油膏、为增加抗拉强度一般采用中心金属加强件,这种光缆不能满足作为通信基站用馈线光缆的使用要求——需要垂直敷设和具有较好的防雷击性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种全干式结构的适合垂直敷设、不设金属加强件以增强防雷击性能的通信基站用馈线光缆。
本实用新型提供的通信基站用馈线光缆包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有光纤及其紧套层,在缆芯内设有阻水纱和芳纶加强件,在缆芯与外护套之间设有阻水层。
为减少本实用新型的光纤的紧套层的因气温变化而产生的收缩和膨胀给光纤带来影响,在光纤外表面设有硅油层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:缆芯采用全干式结构不填充油膏可以适应垂直敷设,缆芯内不设中心金属加强件而设置芳纶加强件既可以增强防雷击性能又具有高抗拉强度,采用设阻水纱和阻水层的阻水结构,有效增强了本实用新型的防水性能。

具体实施方式
参照图1,在光纤1外涂覆硅油层2后包覆紧套层3,再与芳纶加强件4、阻水纱7一起绞合成缆芯8,然后在缆芯8外依次包覆阻水层5和外护套6,即制成本实用新型。

1.一种通信基站用馈线光缆,包括缆芯及外护套,缆芯内具有光纤及其紧套层,其特征在于在缆芯内设有阻水纱和芳纶加强件,在缆芯与外护套之间设有阻水层。
2.按权利要求1所述的通信基站用馈线光缆,其特征在于在光纤外表面设有硅油层。
