本实用新型涉及一种通信光纤单元,尤其是用于气送敷设的光纤单元。
背景技术
现有气送光纤单元一般用于接入网系统的室内场合或局域网之间、小区之间的室外场合,其结构为:在光纤外包覆外护套。这种光纤单元在管道内气送敷设距离短,一般在500米以内,不能满足较长距离的气送敷设需要。
发明内容
本实新型的目的是克服现有气送光纤单元的不足,提供一种微型半紧套气送光纤单元,能够满足较长距离的气送敷设需要。
本实用新型提供的一种微型半紧套气送光纤单元,包括光纤及其外护套,在光纤与外护套之间设有硅油填充物,在外护套表面设有轴向凹槽。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于在外护套表面设有轴向凹槽,在管道内受到气吹时,与管道内壁的磨擦力减小,因而可以将光纤单元气送较长的距离,满足敷设需要,而且光纤也不易因侧压力和拉伸力的作用而受损伤。

具体实施方式
参照图1,先在数根光纤1之间充入硅油填充物2,再包覆外护套3,同时在外护套3表面制成轴向凹槽4,即制成本实用新型。
