Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,属于通信设备技术领域。本异形管由外护套管和多根微管组成,多根微管置于外护套管内,外护套管的截面为三条边以上的任意多边形。本实用新型提出的异形管,其中外护套管的截面形状为多边形,因此在敷设时可以紧贴墙面,提高了室内空间的利用率,施工操作简单、方便,连接牢靠,确保不移位,不脱落,同轴度好,保护内置光纤束的安全。本异形管的布放施工可以采用管道气吹、水敷等的施工方法,具有施工速度快、效率高等优点。还可以单独敷设,或用于原有通信线路、子管的内扩容敷设等,可以实现一管多缆,充分利用现有的通信线路资源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,属于通信设备技术领域。
背景技术
随着国家《住宅区和住宅建筑内光纤到户通信设施工程设计规范》和《住宅区和住宅建筑内光纤到户通信设施工程施工及验收规范》两项标准的制定实施,“光纤入户”成为了新楼宇建筑的标配,其光网建设的实施使全国各地新老城市上网问题和网速得到了实际解决。为此,全国各地也开始加大了在光纤入户方面的建设。
在室内环境下,一般都通过垂直竖井、楼内暗管、室内明管、线槽、或室内钉固方式敷设光缆。传统条件下的管线为圆形塑料管线,造成了施工中管线固定困难,存在空间占用率较大的问题。在人口密集的地方,传统的圆形塑料管线因不具有无卤、阻燃的特性,容易燃烧且产生有毒有害气体,不符合消防安全的要求。因此,传统室内光缆布放形式已逐渐不能适应新建筑物建设要求,同时老建筑物内的光纤改造工程也对传统光缆布放方式提出了挑战。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,以用于通信室内光纤束的布放。
本实用新型提出的用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,由外护套管和多根微管组成,多根微管置于外护套管内,所述的外护套管的截面为三条边以上的任意多边形。
本实用新型提出的用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,其优点是:
1、本实用新型提出的用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,其中的外护套管可以选用阻燃材料,使异形管具有低烟无卤的特性,减少了楼宇发生火灾时有毒有害气体的产生数量,既环保,又降低了有毒有害气体对人群伤害的几率。
2、本实用新型的异形管,其中外护套管的截面形状为多边形,因此在敷设时可以紧贴墙面,提高了室内空间的利用率,施工操作简单、方便,连接牢靠,确保不移位,不脱落,同轴度好,保护内置光纤束的安全。
3、本实用新型的异形管,其布放施工可以采用管道气吹、水敷等的施工方法,具有施工速度快、效率高等优点。还可以单独敷设,或用于原有通信线路、子管的内扩容敷设等,可以实现一管多缆,充分利用现有的通信线路资源。
4、本实用新型的异形管,减少了通信设备的投资,有利于工程的分期建设。在住宅区和住宅建筑内光纤到户通信设施工程建设时,可先行在楼宇弱电井、楼层到住户室内布放不同根数的异形管,然后根据住宅用户对通信业务的需求,分次在微管中吹放光纤,这样既满足了目前光纤布放的需要,也节省了初次投资。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提出的用于通信室内光纤束布放的异形管,其结构如图1所示,由外护套管1和多根微管2组成,多根微管2置于外护套管1内。外护套管1的截面可以为三条边以上的任意多边形,如图2中所示,外护套管的截面形状为六边形。
本实用新型的异形管,其中的微管数量可根据实际需要设计,可以为2、4、6、8等等,从2到24根都可以,甚至更多数量微管。其中的外护套管的厚度可以根据光纤的数量进行调整。异形管在敷设时紧贴墙面,提高了空间的利用率。异形管与异形管之间的连接可以采用微管连接器,实施时操作简单、方便,连接牢靠,确保不移位,不脱落,同轴度好,保护内置光纤束的安全。
本实用新型的一个实施例中,外护套管的形状为六边形,微管设置成7根。微管的内外径为3.5/5mm,可采用气吹方式敷设外径为1.6mm,2-12芯的室内光纤束;外护套管与微管均由低烟无卤、阻燃材料制成。
