本实用新型属于一种通信光缆,尤其是适用于室外与机房之间及室内设备与设备之间连接的光缆。
背景技术
现有常用的室内外通信光缆,安装施工时需对光缆进行牵引,为对光缆内的光纤进行受力保护,需要在光缆内增设抗拉元件,这样会使光缆增粗,制造成本提高。
发明内容
为了解决现有室内外通信光缆存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种超柔微型气送光缆,它安装时只要在预设的管道内采用吹气敷设的方法,将本实用新型方便地安装在管道内,这样使光缆敷设时受到的拉伸力度很小,光缆内即使不设抗拉元件也不会在敷设过程中损伤其中的光纤。
本实用新型提供的超柔微型气送光缆包括缆芯(3)及外护层(4),缆芯(3)由光纤束(1)及其粘合涂层(2)组成,外护层(4)包覆在粘合涂层(2)外。
为了使本实用新型的外护层(4)在吹气敷设过程中不会被管道内壁擦伤,可以在其外护层(4)表面设置微小凸粒(5)。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型不需内设抗拉元件,使其能做得较细,柔性好、重量轻,制造成本降低,有利于采用吹气敷设的方法,方便快速地将其敷设在预设的管道内。

具体实施方式
实施本实用新型先用胶水粘合光纤束(1)形成粘合涂层(2),然后以外护层(4)包覆粘合涂层(2),表面再喷洒玻璃珠(5),就制成了本实用新型。

1.一种超柔微型气送光缆,包括缆芯及外护层,其特征在于缆芯由光纤束及其粘合涂层组成,外护层包覆在粘合涂层外。
2.按权利要求1所述的超柔微型气送光缆,其特征在于外护层表面设置微小凸粒。
