本实用新型涉及轴承。带油封套的整体轴承,轴承外套内装有内套,内套上一体连接有油封套。本实用新型轴承内套单侧或双侧延伸一体连接油封套,可以替代原设备上长且厚的油封套和轴承,实现设备的体积小、轻便灵活,同时从根本克服油封套短小易松动、跑套的缺点。轴承内套加长,轴承与轴之间摩擦力更大,不易松动、跑套,本实用新型结构更加合理、重量更轻、体积更小、故障更少、寿命更长、维修更方便,制造成本、维修成本和使用成本低。适用于各种规格、型号轴承,特别适用于体积、形状、重量等条件受限制的设备上的轴承。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械设备领域,特别就轴承。
二、背景技术
目前机械上使用的轴承需要配套油封套,油封套与轴承为两个装置,为了保证油封套与轴之间有足够的摩擦力,油封套必须长且厚,因此油封套占有较大空间,导致机械设备整体体积大且浪费能源。如果想要减小设备体积、重量,需要使用体积小的油封套,而超小的油封套,易产生松动、跑套、漏油等故障,为了改进此不足目前有采用油封套直接和轴相摩擦的设计,但是设备在长期使用时,造成了轴的严重磨损,导致断轴等重大机械事故的发生。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带油封套的整体轴承,体积小,与轴装配没有松动、跑套等故障。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:带油封套的整体轴承,轴承外套内装有内套,内套上一体连接有油封套。
所述轴承为深沟滚子轴承或圆锥滚子轴承。
所述内套单侧或双侧一体连接油封套。
本实用新型的优点在于:轴承内套单侧或双侧延伸一体连接油封套,延伸及变形的形状可根据实际需要确定,将轴承和油封套设计为整体式结构,可以替代原设备上长且厚的油封套和轴承,实现设备的体积小、轻便灵活,同时从根本克服油封套短小易松动、跑套的缺点。轴承内套加长,轴承与轴之间摩擦力更大,不易松动、跑套,本实用新型结构更加合理、重量更轻、体积更小、故障更少、寿命更长、维修更方便,制造成本、维修成本和使用成本低。适用于各种规格、型号轴承,特别适用于体积、形状、重量等条件受限制的设备上的轴承。

五、具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示的带有油封套的整体轴承,其为圆锥滚子轴承,轴承外套1通过保持架4与内套2装配,内套2单侧一体连接有油封套3,油封套3与内套内孔径相同,也可根据实际使用需要,在轴承内套两侧分别一体连接油封套。
实施例2
如图2所示的带有油封套的整体轴承,其为深沟滚子轴承,轴承外套1内装有内套,内套上一体连接有油封套3。
