Abstract

一种循环室内空气对流式电暖器,包括外壳、反射板和发热管,所述外壳由前面板、后板、顶板、底板和二个侧板构成,前面板上部有一发散辐射热的窗口,前面板分割成上部、下部面板,其特殊之处在于:所述外壳的顶板上有室内空气的进风口,在外壳的底部有室内空气的出风口,在反射板与外壳的内壁围成的空间内设置有风机,风机由风道组件、贯流风扇构成。由于采用这样的结构,一是加快了室内空气的流动;二是室内空气从外壳顶部进入,从外壳底部流出,能使反射板吸收的热量,充分排放并加热空气。

本实用新型涉及一种电暖器。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种电暖器包括外壳、发热管和反射板,所述外壳由前面板、后板、顶板、底板和二个侧板构成,前面板上部有一发散辐射热的窗口,前面板分割成上部、下部面板。存在问题是:发热管的热量通过窗口,散发到室内,室内的空气进入反射板与侧板围成的空间内,散热慢。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种循环室内空气对流式电暖器,它不但能有效地加快室气空气流动,而且能使发射板吸收的热量排放,加热室内空气。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种循环室内空气对流式电暖器,包括外壳、反射板和发热管,所述外壳由前面板、后板、顶板、底板和二个侧板构成,前面板上部有一发散辐射热的窗口,前面板分割成上部、下部面板,其特殊之处在于:所述外壳的顶板上有室内空气的进风口,在外壳的底部有室内空气的出风口,在反射板与外壳的内壁围成的空间内设置有风机,风机由风道组件、贯流风扇构成。

本实用新型循环室内空气对流式电暖器,所述外壳的顶板上有室内空气的进风口,在外壳的底部有室内空气的出风口,在反射板与外壳的内壁围成的空间内设置有风机,风机由风道组件、贯流风扇构成。由于采用这样的结构,一是加快了室内空气的流动;二是室内空气从外壳顶部进入,从外壳底部流出,能使反射板吸收的热量,充分排放并加热空气。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,一种循环室内空气对流式电暖器,包括外壳1、反射板2、发热管3和安装在底板13的支撑脚或滚轮(图中未画出),所述外壳1由前面板、后板14、顶板12、底板13和二个侧板(未标示)构成,前面板上部有一发散辐射热的窗口,窗口将前面板分割成上部、下部面板111、112,所述外壳1的顶板12上有室内空气的进风口121,在外壳1的底部有室内空气的出风口,在反射板2与外壳1的内壁围成的空间内设置有风机,风机由风道组件4、贯流风扇5构成。在下前面板112上有出风口1121。
作为一种改进,在底板13上还设有出风口。作为更进一步改进,在两侧板的底部设有出风口。
风机的风道组件4与两侧板的底部固定联接,也可以后板、顶板或底板固定联接。

如图5所示,所述风机安装在壳体1内的上部。

如图6所示,所述风机安装在壳体1内的中部。

1、一种循环室内空气对流式电暖器,包括外壳、反射板和发热管,所述外壳由前面板、后板、顶板、底板和二个侧板构成,前面板上部有一发散辐射热的窗口,前面板分割成上部、下部面板,其特征在于:所述外壳的顶板上有室内空气的进风口,在外壳的底部有室内空气的出风口,在反射板与外壳的内壁围成的空间内设置有风机,风机由风道组件、贯流风扇构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:在下前面板上有出风口。
3、根据权利要求2所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:在底板上还设有出风口。
4、根据权利要求3所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:在两侧板的底部设有出风口。
5、根据权利要求1所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:在底板上还设有出风口。
6、根据权利要求5所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:在两侧板的底部设有出风口。
7、根据权利要求1所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:在两侧板的底部设有出风口。
8、根据权利要求7所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:有下前面板上还设置有出风口。
9、根据权利要求2、3、4、5、6、7或8所述的循环室内空气对流式电暖器,其特征在于:所述风机安装在壳体内的上部、下部或中部。
