本实用新型涉及一种用于提高单相电动机功率因数的电路结构,特别是一种节能单相电动机电路。
背景技术:
目前,单相电动机在额定负载点的功率因数一般大于0.9,但在空载或半载的情况下,功率因数很低,大大浪费了能源。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种节能单相电动机电路,该电路结构简单、设计合理,有利于节能降耗。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
本实用新型节能单相电动机电路,包括主绕组、副绕组、起动电容及离心开关,副绕组、起动电容、离心开关相串联后与主绕组并联,其特征在于:所述主绕组两端还并联有补偿电容。
本实用新型通过在主绕组的两端并联补偿电容,大大减小了电动机在空载或半载状态下的运转电流,从而可实时对电动机的功率因数进行补偿,起到了显著的节能降耗的目的。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型节能单相电动机电路,包括主绕组1、副绕组2、起动电容3及离心开关4,副绕组2、起动电容3、离心开关4相串联后与主绕组1并联,主绕组1两端还并联有补偿电容5。
上述补偿电容5为金属薄膜电容。
上述起动电容3和离心开关4两端并联有运转电容6,运转电容6为金属薄膜电容。
本实用新型节能单相电动机电路,起动电容3两端并联有电阻7,单相电动机的起动电容3仅在离心开关4闭合后才工作,在打开后不工作,但在起动电容3的两端还经常存在有高压静电,对电容的绝缘有损坏作用,长期如此,将降低起动电容的使用寿命,所以,在起动电容两端并联一个高值电阻(如2千欧),可释放静电以提高起动电容的寿命。

1、一种节能单相电动机电路,包括主绕组、副绕组、起动电容及离心开关,副绕组、起动电容、离心开关相串联后与主绕组并联,其特征在于:所述主绕组两端还并联有补偿电容。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能单相电动机电路,其特征在于:所述补偿电容为金属薄膜电容。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的节能单相电动机电路,其特征在于:所述起动电容和离心开关两端并联有运转电容。
4、根据权利要求3所述的节能单相电动机电路,其特征在于:所述运转电容为金属薄膜电容。
5、根据权利要求4所述的节能单相电动机电路,其特征在于:所述起动电容两端并联有电阻。
