本实用新型主要用于用于激光防伪、印刷、线路板(PCB、FPCB)贴合、电子、密封材料用纸、反光材料、防水材料、PU格复合用底纸、医药(膏药用纸)、卫生用纸、胶粘、碳纤维制品等行业领域的格拉辛离型纸,属离型纸制造领域。
背景技术
CN262653623Y、名称“标签离型纸”,该离型纸由呈平整形状的基纸和呈平整形状的基纸上表面上的聚乙烯醇层构成的聚乙烯醇标签离型纸。由聚乙烯醇标签离型纸加工成的不干胶产品。其不足之处:一是结构复杂,二是制造成本高。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术的不足之处,设计一种结构简单、制造成本低的格拉辛离型纸。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本实用新型所设计的格拉辛离型纸是在白纸上复合无溶剂硅油层而得。采用无溶剂硅油的目的在于:无溶剂硅油不仅具有卓越的耐热性,电绝缘性,耐候性,疏水性,生理惰性和较小的表面张力,而且还具有低的粘温系数、较高的抗压缩性和耐辐射击的性能。
技术方案:格拉辛离型纸,它包括格拉辛纸,所述的格拉辛纸的单面或双面涂有无溶剂硅油层。
本实用新型与背景技术相比,一是平整度好、韧性佳;三是柔软性好,剥离强度好。
