Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种太阳能LED灯指示标,包括二波板,该二波板上设置一灯体,所述灯体的边缘处扣接一太阳能板,所述灯体的两侧各有一LED灯,所述灯体内部设置有充电电池和控制板,所述充电电池与太阳能板相连接,所述控制板一端与太阳能板相连,另一端与LED灯连接;所述二波板和灯体通过卡位螺栓串接在一起,所述LED灯的四周设有反光膜,所述卡位螺栓与设于二波板下端的固定螺母螺合在一起。本实用新型具有耗能低、光照度强、警示距离远、安全可靠的优点。

一种太阳能LED灯指示标
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种公路标识装置,尤其涉及一种公路用路标---太阳能LED灯指示标。
背景技术
交通运输中,公路路标起着至关重要的作用,对于减少交通事故,维护安全运输必不可少。目前,基本上是采用将装有反光材料的物质安装在一透明体内,到夜晚时,依靠路灯或车灯的照射来辨别。存在的不足之处是不仅使用会浪费资源,而且遇到停电状况,该装置不能发挥作用。本实用新型的产生填补了上述领域的空白。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种耗能低、光照度强、警示距离低、安全可靠的太阳能LED灯指示标。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能LED指示标,包括二波板,该二波板上设置一灯体,所述灯体的边缘处扣接一太阳能板,所述灯体的两侧各有一LED灯,所述灯体内部设置有充电电池和控制板,所述充电电池与太阳能板相连接,所述控制板一端与太阳能板相连,另一端与LED灯连接。
所述二波板和灯体通过卡位螺栓串接在一起,所述LED灯的四周设有反光膜,所述卡位螺栓与设于二波板下端的固定螺母螺合在一起。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型具有耗能低、光照度强、警示距离低、安全可靠的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
一种太阳能LED指示标,包括二波板1,该二波板1上设置一灯体3,所述灯体3的边缘处扣接一太阳能板2,将太阳能板2设置在二波板1的边缘处--即波峰处,而非波谷处,其目的是加大二波板1的受光面积,保证日光充分照射到太阳能板2上,从而更有效将太阳能转化为电能。所述灯体3的两侧各有一LED灯6,所述灯体3内部设置有充电电池8(图未示)和控制板9(图未示),所述充电电池8与太阳能板2相连接,所述控制板9一端与太阳能板2相连,另一端与LED灯6连接。
所述二波板1和灯体3通过卡位螺栓5串接在一起,所述卡位螺栓5可以使本实用新型通过卡位安装在护栏上;所述LED灯6的四周设有反光膜4,所述卡位螺栓5与设于二波板1下端的固定螺母7螺合在一起。
本实用新型通过太阳能板2和充电电池8组成可自动充放电的电源,采集日光,进行光电转换,光照时太阳能板2向充电电池8充电;光照弱时,充电电池8放电,LED灯6发光。
本实用新型与护栏之间有一个胶条(磁性胶条或非磁性胶条),可以对本实用新型在和护栏配合时增加了一种弹性保护,不致于使本实用新型在安装和使用过程中损坏,而磁性胶条的优点除上述之外,还可以靠胶条自身的磁性将本实用新型固定在交通护栏上。
显然,本实用新型的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本实用新型的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本实用新型的保护范围之列。

Claims (4)

1、一种太阳能LED指示标,包括二波板,其特征在于:该二波板上设置一灯体,所述灯体的边缘处扣接一太阳能板,所述灯体的两侧各有一LED灯,所述灯体内部设置有充电电池和控制板,所述充电电池与太阳能板相连接,所述控制板一端与太阳能板相连,另一端与LED灯连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED指示标,其特征在于:所述二波板和灯体通过卡位螺栓串接在一起。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能LED指示标,其特征在于:所述LED灯的四周设有反光膜。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能LED指示标,其特征在于:所述卡位螺栓与设于二波板下端的固定螺母螺合在一起。
