本实用新型是一种分体壁挂式空调室内机的贯流风轮,包括若干叶片(41)、安装在若干叶片(41)两端的端盖板(42),其特征在于所述叶片(41)外边缘上设有若干个V形缺口(43)。本实用新型由于采用叶片外边缘上设有若干个V形缺口的结构,降低了叶片在蜗壳和蜗舌与贯流风轮之间的间隙部分产生的压力变动,因此,其能够有效降低空调器室内机的噪音,另外,贯流风轮每转的风量下降也很小。本实用新型制作简单,降噪效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种分体壁挂式空调室内机的贯流风轮,属于分体壁挂式空调室内机的贯流风轮的改进技术。
背景技术:
随着生活水平的不断提高,空调器已经越来越普及。尽管目前分体壁式空调器室内机的噪音比较理想,但是消费者对空调器的质量、性能要求越来越高,企业之间的竞争也越来越强烈,因此为了提高空调器的质量,增加企业的竞争力,需要对分体壁挂式空调器室内机噪音进一步改善。
如图1所示是现有分体壁挂式空调室内机的截面图。气流从进风格栅1吸入,流经热交换器2从贯流风轮4上部叶片进入贯流风轮4内,再从贯流风轮4下部叶片吹出,经过出风口6向室内送风,从而用作冷气设备或暖气设备。贯流风轮4与蜗壳3和蜗舌5组成送风系统。贯流风轮4运转过程中,贯流风轮4的叶片在蜗壳3和蜗舌5与贯流风轮4之间的间隙部分产生很大的压力变动,这个压力变动产生的噪音是现有分体壁挂式空调器室内机的主要噪音源。大量实验表明贯流风轮4与蜗壳3和蜗舌5之间的间隙越小,贯流风轮4每转的风量趋于增大,但由于该部分的压力变动也相应增大,噪音也增大。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于考虑到上述问题而提供一种能够降低噪音的分体壁挂式空调室内机的贯流风轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种分体壁挂式空调室内机的贯流风轮,包括若干叶片、安装在若干叶片两端的端盖板,其中所述叶片外边缘上设有若干个V形缺口。
本实用新型由于采用叶片外边缘上设有若干个V形缺口的结构,降低了叶片在蜗壳和蜗舌与贯流风轮之间的间隙部分产生的压力变动,因此,其能够有效降低空调器室内机的噪音,另外,贯流风轮每转的风量下降也很小。本实用新型制作简单,降噪效果好。
