本实用新型涉及石油开采领域中流体管路用的单流阀，具体地说是一种拉杆式软密封单流阀。
背景技术
现有的单流阀一般为转角型阀体，其内部流体入口和出口不在同一平面上，在流体压力作用下，其拉杆将闸板推开后，流体从低位入口转个角后沿高位出口流出，一旦压力不够，则不能使流体流通；并且现有阀体内部的密封为金属和金属之间的面密封或线密封，其密封效果差，金属容易腐蚀。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，密封效果好的拉杆式软密封单流阀。
采用以下技术方案来实现上述发明目的：一种拉杆式软密封单流阀，包括阀体、阀座、拉杆和阀芯，所述阀体两端均设有连接件；所述拉杆上套装有压簧，该拉杆一端装有扶正环，另一端连接有阀芯，该阀芯扣装在阀座上，且阀芯与阀座之间设有胶圈。
本实用新型结构简单，制作方便，制作成本低；采用胶圈软密封，密封效果好，使用寿命长；入口与出口在同一水平面上，安装方便，并能有效防止流体倒流，使用面广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见附图1，本实施例中，所述阀体2两端的连接件均为法兰1，该连接件也可为卡箍等其他部件。所述拉杆4上套装有压簧3，该拉杆4一端还装有扶正环8，其另一端周向用键固定连接有一阀芯5，该阀芯5扣装在阀体2内腔的阀座7上，在该阀座7与阀芯5之间装有一橡胶材质的胶圈6。
本实用新型的工作原理是：流体管路装于阀体2两端的法兰1上，当入口即扶正环8一端的流体压力大于出口压力时，流体挤压压簧3，致使拉杆4顶住阀芯5向外运动，随即打开阀门，流体即可通过。而阀芯5和阀座7之间的胶圈6使二者之间实现软密封，不仅密封效果好，制作成本低，且使用寿命长。
该单流阀又称止回阀，适用于各种流体管道使用，既可水平安装，也可垂直安装，当出口压力小于入口压力时，则整个阀门在压簧3的作用下强制关闭，防止流体倒流。

1、一种拉杆式软密封单流阀，包括阀体、阀座、拉杆和阀芯，其特征在于，所述阀体两端均设有连接件；所述拉杆上套装有压簧，该拉杆一端装有扶正环，另一端连接有阀芯，该阀芯扣装在阀座上，且阀芯与阀座之间设有胶圈。
