二、背景技术:
目前,随着油田高凝、高粘、高含蜡油井的增多,普通的空心抽油杆用于油井加热时,产生的能耗大、抽油成本高。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种给杆体外部持续加温、消除井筒结蜡的热载体循环式空心抽油杆。
其技术方案是:本实用新型包括接头端内螺纹、空心杆接头、空心杆杆体、胆管、空心杆接箍和接箍端内螺纹,空心杆接头及接箍与空心杆杆体通过摩擦焊接,空心杆杆体内部为密封的胆管,胆管固定在空心杆接头和空心杆接箍内,内管通过接头端内螺纹和接箍端内螺纹连接空心杆杆体内壁,内管与空心杆杆体形成密闭的环形通道。
本实用新型的效果是:不干扰、污染油层,热效果好。在不停井条件下可根据需要随时进行洗井作业,不影响正常生产。工艺简单,使用方便,节能效果好。可增加柱塞有效行程,提高泵效,延长验泵周期。
