Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种全金属喷笔,由喷头、枪体、尾柄、空气微调阀及颜料杯组成,在金属管的枪体及其对接的尾柄中容置了喷针、针塞、喷针固定杆、弹簧、弹簧座、喷针锁紧螺母,尾柄的末端即是喷针调节螺丝。在喷头与枪体之间设有密封圈,在枪体前段下侧设有空气微调阀,前段上侧面设有倾斜的颜料杯,中段下侧面设有空气管接头。本产品由于内腔细长,而精密度要求又高,因此必须分段加工后组装,在喷头、枪体与尾柄的对接时,传统的方法是用内外螺纹联接,这很难保证对接后内腔的同心度。而本产品采用微锥形套接形式,在对接处设有密封圈进行密封,达到内腔顺畅,保证颜料雾化均匀,从而提高喷绘质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及喷涂作业用的工具,具体指一种全金属制造的喷笔。
背景技术
喷涂作业用的微型喷枪,俗称喷笔,近年来在描绘广告版面、精细工艺品制作,人体美容美甲、化妆绘画等领域都有广泛的应用。但是现有的喷笔在制造时考虑到某些酸性颜料具有一定的腐蚀性而采用不锈钢或与塑料件相结合的形式,这样虽可以节约部分材料成本,但因不同材质的物理力学性能不一样,因此其结合部的连接构造的加工就成了问题,这些部位加工时稍有不慎,就容易出次品。有的喷笔在使用时也因两种不同材料的膨胀系数不同而常常在结合部造成泄漏。因此本申请人考虑用全金属制造,但这样就加大了加工的难度。例如在分段制作时如用螺纹连接,其同心度就较难保证。特别是喷笔的内腔若两段对接处用螺纹连接后不同心,势必造成内部气流的不顺畅,使喷出的颜料雾化细度不够理想,或造成喷出气雾时断时续,常常影响喷绘效果。因此解决全金属喷笔的构造设计和加工方法,就是本实用新型所要解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:用全金属喷笔取代钢塑结合的传统产品,因而必须对喷笔的结构进行适当改正,以保证喷笔内腔的同心度。
本实用新型解决技术问题的技术方案是:全金属喷笔,由喷头、枪体、尾柄、空气微调阀及颜料杯组成,在所述金属管的枪体及其对接的尾柄中容置了喷针、针塞、喷针固定杆、弹簧、弹簧座、喷针锁紧螺母,尾柄的末端即是喷针调节螺丝,在枪体前端设有喷头,喷头中心设有喷嘴,喷头的前端设有保护喷头的针盖,在喷头与枪体之间设有密封圈,在枪体前段下侧设有空气微调阀,枪体前段上侧面设有倾斜的颜料杯,枪体中段的下侧面设有与输送压缩空气的胶管相连接的管接头。
所述的管接头内设置了控制压缩空气的通断的针阀,针阀的阀杆与设在枪体上侧的控制杆相连接,所述枪体的后段为握手的尾柄。
所述的喷针设在枪体内腔的中心,外设有用于定位和防止后退的针塞、针塞的后面设有调节针塞位置的针塞调节螺丝、中段被设在针杆外的喷针固定杆固定,所述喷针后段依次设有弹簧和弹簧座、喷针锁紧螺母,后端被喷针调节螺丝顶住。
所述管接头内设有控制气流通断的针阀、弹簧以及密封圈。
本实用新型由于采用全金属制成,但由于内腔细长,而其精密度要求又高,因此必须分段加工后再进行组装,尤其是枪体与尾柄的对接,传统的方法是用内外螺纹联接,由于螺纹的旋转因素,因此很难保证两者对接后的内腔的同心度。而本实用新型采用微锥形套接形式,在对接处设有密封圈进行密封,达到内腔圆顺畅通,保证颜料雾化均匀,从而提高喷绘质量。

具体实施方式
现对照附图将本实用新型的结构和使用功能作详细描述:全金属喷笔由枪体、尾柄20、空气微调阀19、控制空气通断的针阀17及颜料杯6组成,所述枪体是一根金属管,内部容置了用不锈钢制作的喷针5、针塞7、喷针固定杆10、弹簧11、弹簧座12、喷针锁紧螺母14、喷针调节螺丝15;在枪体前端设有喷头2,前端中心设喷嘴3,喷针5前端有保护喷头2的针盖1,空气微调阀19设在枪体前段下侧;枪体前段上侧面设有一个向后倾斜的颜料杯6。在枪体中段的下侧面设有胶管接头16,内置针阀17用来控制气流的开与关,其阀杆与设在枪体上侧的控制杆9相连接,枪体的后段是与其连成一体的握手的尾柄20。
为了防止喷针5在喷绘作业时向后退缩,在喷针5外围设有用于定位和防止后退的针塞7、喷针5的中段被设在针杆外的喷针固定杆10固定,喷针5后段依次设有弹簧11和弹簧座12、喷针锁紧螺母14,喷针5的后端被一个喷针调节螺丝15顶住。枪体中段下侧设有接插输送压缩空气胶管的管接头16,中间设有针阀17及密封圈。全金属喷笔在进行喷绘作业时,按下控制杆9,管接头内的针阀17被打开,压缩空气进入喷笔内腔的气道,用空气微调阀19将气流调节均匀,由于高速气流使枪体内腔的压强降低,颜料杯6中的液体颜料被气流夹带而一起从喷嘴3中射出。

Claims (4)

1.一种全金属喷笔,由喷头(2)、枪体、尾柄(20)、空气微调阀(19)及颜料杯(6)组成,其特征是在金属管的枪体及其对接的尾柄(20)中容置了喷针(5)、针塞(7)、喷针固定杆(10)、弹簧(11)、弹簧座(12)、喷针锁紧螺母(14),尾柄(20)的末端即是喷针调节螺丝(15),在枪体前端设有喷头(2),喷头(2)中心设有喷嘴(3),喷头(2)的前端设有保护喷头(2)的针盖(1),在喷头(2)与枪体之间设有密封圈(4),在枪体前段下侧设有空气微调阀(19),枪体前段上侧面设有倾斜的颜料杯(6),枪体中段的下侧面设有与输送压缩空气的胶管相连接的管接头(16)。
2.如权利要求1所述的全金属喷笔,其特征是所述的管接头(16)内设置了控制压缩空气通断的针阀(17),针阀(17)的阀杆与设在枪体上侧的控制杆(9)相连接,所述枪体的后段为握手的尾柄(20)。
3.如权利要求1所述的全金属喷笔,其特征是在所述的喷针(5)设在枪体内腔的中心,外设有用于定位和防止后退的针塞(7)、针塞(7)的后面设有调节针塞(7)位置的针塞调节螺丝(8)、中段被设在针杆外的喷针固定杆(10)固定,所述喷针(5)后段依次设有弹簧(11)和弹簧座(12)、喷针锁紧螺母(14),后端被喷针调节螺丝(15)顶住。
4.如权利要求1所述的全金属喷笔,其特征是在所述管接头(16)的内设有针阀(17)、弹簧(18)以及密封圈。
