在生产高档服装中，驳头制作的好坏直接关系到产品质量的好坏。传统的手工制作方法用人多且对缝纫操作水平要求高，容易出现余量不均、驳头左右不对称等问题，不适应大批量生产，
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种驳头余量均匀、左右对称的适应大批量生产的服装驳头余量夹具。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
本实用新型包括通过合页相铰接的夹具上压板和夹具下压板、和上压板上的压孔相对应的设置在下压板上的余量调节块、设置在上压板内侧边上的横向余量块以及对应设置在下压板上的横向余量调节孔，在上压板)的外侧边上设置有和机器压脚相对应的夹具压脚挡块条。
本实用新型积极效果如下：使用本实用新型解决了驳头余量不均、驳头左右不对称等问题，并且减少了用人、降低了生产成本，降低了对缝纫操作水平的要求，提高产品质量和外观效果。

具体实施方式
如附图1、2所示，本实用新型包括通过合页2相铰接的夹具上压板1和夹具下压板3、和上压板1上的压孔7相对应的设置在下压板3上的余量调节块4、设置在上压板1内侧边上的横向余量块6以及对应设置在下压板3上的横向余量调节孔5，在上压板1的外侧边上设置有和机器压脚相对应的夹具压脚挡块条8。
如附图6、7所示，在平缝机的压脚9上设置有垫块10，这样平缝机压脚9贴焊的垫块10的厚度与本实用新型夹具合并后的厚度相同，这样如附图8所示，压脚9压在合并后的上压板1上，沿挡块条8缝制。如附图1、5所示，本实用新型可根据面料的变化更换薄厚不同的余量调节块4，调整余量大小。使用本实用新型时将前门画出勾驳头线，把前门放在夹具的下层即下压板3上，对准驳头线，打开夹具把贴边放到夹具中放好位置后夹好，如附图1、2所示，此时在余量调节块4和横向余量块6的作用下，驳头余量自然形成。用平缝机沿挡块条8缝制，固定贴边余度，缝制后取出夹具，完成勾驳头工序。为本实用新型右驳头余量夹具结构如附图5、9所示，其和如附图1、2所示的左驳头余量夹具结构相对称。
