技术领域
本实用新型属于产品机加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种料带的冲切裁切一体设备。
背景技术
在手机生产工业中,需要用到TPU(热电塑料聚氨酯橡胶)和PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、PC(聚碳酸酯)等这类较薄且韧性较好的原料。在TPU成型成产品前,是一整条的TPU料带卷,料带要得到成型的产品,往往需要冲切、裁切等工序。目前行业内的手机用TPU前处理工艺是:先将整卷的TPU料带转入模切车间进行初步加工,裁切成手机生产需要的片材,然后再将片材转至冲型车间冲孔,才能进行其他后续生产工艺。这样由于物料在不同车间之间来回运转,造成运输成本较高。并且由于在冲孔时,由于冲型车间模具采用点动式冲切模式(该冲切模式是:操作人员放入TPU片材后启动冲切机冲切,然后取出。循环此动作。),冲切单张或多张叠在一起的TPU片材。含操作者取放片材动作时间在内的话,单次冲孔作业周期比较长,生产效率低。如果多张片材叠加同时冲切的话,产品间容易相互滑移偏位,造成产品孔冲歪或者冲破。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种料带加工设备,用连续冲切取代以前的点动式冲切模式,简化工序,提高产品良率,缩短周期,降低成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种料带加工设备,其包括机架、冲切装置、传料装置、裁切装置和用于控制传料装置和裁切装置运动的驱动装置;所述冲切装置、裁切装置和传料装置先后依次设置在机架上,所述驱动装置与传料装置和裁切装置连接;所述冲切装置包括冲切刀、冲切机床和与冲切机床适配的冲切刀安装模座。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:
所述冲切机床包括冲切模座,冲切模座与所述冲切刀安装模座适配。
所述模座上安装冲切刀的面设置有泡棉层,便于冲切后料带从冲切刀上脱落。
所述机架包括台阶状的两个台面,冲切装置设置在较高的台面上,传料装置和冲切装置安装在较低的台面上。
所述传送装置还包括辅传料滚轴,所述辅传料滚轴设置在冲切装置和传料装置之间的机架上。更进一步的,所述冲切装置和辅传料滚轴之间设置有支撑台。
本实用新型还包括至少一个压料滚轴。
本实用新型还包括放料装置,所述放料装置包括放料架和设置在放料架上的放料轴。所述放料装置设置在所述机架上靠近冲切装置的一端,可将成卷的料带悬挂在放料轴上。
采用本实用新型的设备以后,可以将TPU料带冲切裁切一次完成且不间断,取代以前的裁切成TPU片材后再冲切单张或多张片材,减少了物料周转成本,同时提高了冲切时的效率和产品良率。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。
本实用新型实施例的功能就是将成卷的TPU料带裁切成后续生产需要的大小,并进行冲孔。本实用新型实施例加工后的产品如图1所示。
如图2所示的本实用新型实施例,该TPU料带加工设备包括机架1、冲切装置2、传料装置3、裁切装置4和控制传料装置和裁切装置运动的驱动装置(在图中未标出);上述冲切装置2、传料装置3和裁切装置4先后依次设置在机架1上,所述驱动装置与传料装置和裁切装置连接。所述冲切装置2包括圆柱形的冲切刀21、冲切机床(在图中未标出)和与冲切机床上的冲切模座22适配的冲切刀安装模座23,冲切机床与普通冲床工作原理一样,具体结构为本领域技术人员易知,这里不再赘述。冲切刀安装模座23为带凹槽的长方体块,冲切刀21竖直设置冲切刀安装模座23的凹槽底面,冲切刀面高出凹槽顶面,冲切刀21上套设有泡棉层24,泡棉层上表面高于凹槽顶面低于,冲切刀面,泡棉层24可以缓冲部分冲压力同时冲切完成后,泡棉形状恢复有助与TPU料带从冲切刀上脱落。工作时冲切机床下压与冲切刀配合完成对TPU料带的冲孔,冲切机床的冲切频率可自行设定;传料装置3包括传动轴31和传动轴两端的传动轮32;裁切装置4包括可上下运动的裁切刀41与裁切刀配合的垫板,传动轴31的转动频率和裁切刀41的运动频率根据需要的TPU片材长度可由驱动装置调控。本实施例机架1包括大致为台阶状的两个主要工作台面,冲切装置2设置在较高的台面上,传料装置3和裁切装置4安装在较低的台面上,传料装置3和裁切装置4比较靠近。在本实施例中,在机架1上靠近冲切装置2的端头还设置有放料装置,上述放料装置包括,放料架5和设置在放料架上的放料轴51,可将TPU料带卷挂置在放料轴51上。因为TPU料带薄且软不便于向前传动,所以在冲切装置2和传料装置之间3机架台阶处的设置有辅传料滚轴6,辅传料滚轴6的最高点与机架较高台面持平,辅传料滚轴6和冲切装置2之间的机架上设置有支撑台7,支撑台7使TPU料带在传递过程中保持水平。为了保证TPU料带在加工过程中保持拉直平整,本实用新型还包括至少一个压料滚轴,本实施例的压料滚轴优选为4个,分别为设置在放料轴51和冲切装置2之间的第一压料滚轴81和第二压料滚轴82,第一压料滚轴81和第二压料滚轴82叠加设置且二者的轴心线在同一竖直平面,二者之间的缝隙比片材厚度要小,第一压料滚轴81和第二压料滚轴82转动方向相反带动TPU料带向冲切装置传动;叠加在在辅传料滚轴6上与之贴近的第三压料滚轴83,辅传料滚轴6和第三压料滚轴83的轴心线在同一竖直平面,二者之间的缝隙比片材厚度要小,辅传料滚轴6和第三压料滚轴83转动方向相反带动TPU料带向传动轮3传动;设置在辅传料滚轴6与传料装置3之间的第四压料滚轴84,第四压料滚轴84轴心线高度小于辅传料滚轴6轴心线高度。上述压料滚轴的直径小于辅传料滚轴直径,第四压料滚轴84与辅传料滚轴6转动方向相反,辅传料滚轴6和第四压料滚轴84压平拉直TPU料带并带动TPU料带向传动轮3传动。工作的时候,上述传动轮3、第一压料滚轴81、第二压料滚轴82、第三压料滚轴83、第三压料滚轴83、辅传料滚轴6转动频率一致。
工作时,先将整卷的TPU料带9通过放料轴51悬挂在放料架5上,然后将TPU料带的一端穿过第一压料滚轴81和第二压料滚轴82之间的缝隙,穿过冲切到安装模座22搁置在冲切刀21上,然后通过支撑台6上表面使TPU料带始终保持水平,然后再穿过第三压料滚轴83和辅传料滚轴6之间的缝隙,然后再通过第四压料滚轴84下,然后再连接到传料装置3,将TPU料带压在传料装置3的两个滚轮32下,最后再通过裁切刀41与垫板之间的间隙。安装好TPU料带后,启动冲切装置2,传料装置3和裁切4同步工作,传料装置3带动TPU料带向裁切刀运动,同时,辅传料滚轴6、各压料滚轴相互配合辅助传料装置3带动TPU料带平直运动。TPU料带在冲切刀上冲孔后,在泡棉作用下将TPU料带从冲切刀21上脱料,同步传料装置3的转动带动TPU料带向前移动,当TPU料带移动到已经设置好下刀频率的裁切装置4的位置,裁切刀41下刀完成对产品的切断工作,裁切一定数量后由操作人员整理收料即可。
