本实用新型公开了一种卡具，旨在提供一种结构简单，使用方便，有利于实现自动动作的卡具。在固定座内通过向心推力球轴承固定有空心传动轴，空心传动轴一端通过传动机构与转动电机连接，另一端与至少三个卡爪转动传动臂连接。在空心传动轴内有活动轴，活动轴的一端通过轴承固定连接有卡爪连接盘，在活动轴的另一端上套有推拉板，推拉板通过位于推拉板两侧并与活动轴固定连接的定位套定位，推拉板与汽缸的活塞杆连接；卡爪连接盘的圆周上通过转销连接有与卡爪转动传动臂可转动连接的卡爪，在活动轴上与空心传动轴两端相应的位置分别固定有空心传动轴定位套。本实用新型的卡具既能卡紧，又能旋转，结构简单，使用方便，动作准确，易于调整。

本实用新型涉及一种卡具。
背景技术
在石油、涂料以及一些化工领域的生产企业中，往往需要使用金属桶来盛装产品。为了减少浪费和满足环保的要求，在产品使用后所剩的金属桶需要回收洗刷后再利用。在翻新的过程中需要使用卡具将桶卡住并带动桶旋转。现有的既能卡紧，又能旋转的卡具大多结构比较复杂，操作繁琐。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种结构简单，使用方便，有利于实现自动动作的卡具。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现：
一种卡具，其特征在于，在固定座内通过向心推力球轴承固定有空心传动轴，所述空心传动轴一端通过传动机构与转动电机连接，另一端与至少三个卡爪转动传动臂连接。空心传动轴与转动电机之间的传动机构可以为齿轮传动机构、皮带传动机构或链传动机构中的任一种，最好为链传动机构。在空心传动轴内设置有活动轴，所述活动轴的一端通过轴承固定连接有卡爪连接盘，活动轴的另一端与活动轴驱动机构连接。所述卡爪连接盘的圆周上通过转销连接有与卡爪转动传动臂可转动连接的卡爪，在活动轴上与空心传动轴两端相应的位置分别固定有空心传动轴定位套。
所述活动轴驱动机构包括驱动汽缸，所述驱动汽缸的活塞杆与套在活动轴上的推拉板连接，推拉板通过位于推拉板两侧并与活动轴连接的锁母定位。
为了方便调节，在活动轴上固定有限位板，所述限位板的侧面设置有调整锁母。在汽缸的活塞杆上固定连接有过渡杆，所述过渡杆通过螺栓与推拉板连接，螺栓连接处的螺孔为长螺孔。所述推拉板两侧的锁母上设置有沿活动轴径向的顶丝。
本实用新型具有下述技术效果：
本实用新型的卡具既能卡紧，又能旋转，结构简单，并具有多种调节功能，使用方便，动作准确，易于调整。并且，有利于钢桶翻新的大规模机械化生产，减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了生产效率。

以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型详细说明。
图1为本实用新型卡具的结构示意图，在固定座7内通过向心推力球轴承6固定有空心传动轴8，空心传动轴8一端通过传动机构10与转动电机连接，另一端与至少三个卡爪转动传动臂4连接。空心传动轴与转动电机之间的传动机构可以为齿轮传动机构、皮带传动机构或链传动机构中的任一种，最好为链传动机构。在空心传动轴8内设置有活动轴2，所述活动轴2的一端通过轴承固定连接有卡爪连接盘1，在活动轴的另一端与活动轴驱动机构连接。活动轴驱动机构可以采用汽缸驱动、液压驱动等。本实施例中采用汽缸驱动结构。所述活动轴驱动机构包括驱动汽缸18，驱动汽缸18的活塞杆与套在活动轴上的推拉板15连接，推拉板15通过位于推拉板两侧并与活动轴固定连接的定位套13、14定位。在卡爪连接盘1的圆周上通过转销连接有卡爪3，卡爪3通过销轴与转动传动臂4可转动连接。在活动轴2上与空心传动轴两端相应的位置分别固定有空心传动轴定位套5、9。为了提高工作的可靠性，卡爪转动传动臂和卡爪的数量一般为3-5个。
为了方便调节，在活动轴上固定有限位板11，限位板11的侧面设置有调整锁母12，通过调节限位板11在活动轴上的位置，可以调节卡爪张开的角度。在汽缸的活塞杆上固定连接有过渡杆17，过渡杆17通过螺栓16与推拉板15连接，螺栓连接处的螺孔为长螺孔，通过调节螺栓16在长螺孔中的位置，可以调节推拉板与活动轴的位置。所述推拉板15两侧的锁母13、14上设置有沿活动轴径向的顶丝，可以调节锁母与活动轴的中心距离。
使用时，汽缸动作，通过活动轴带动卡爪连接盘，使卡爪通过与卡爪连接盘之间的转销和与卡爪转动传动臂之间的销轴转动，从而实现卡紧动作。启动旋转电机，通过传动机构带动空心传动轴转动，空心传动轴带动卡爪转动传动臂及卡爪转动。刷洗完成后，转动电机停止，汽缸复位，通过活动轴带动卡爪连接盘，使卡爪通过与卡爪连接盘之间的转销和与卡爪转动传动臂之间的销轴转动，卡爪松开。

1、一种卡具，其特征在于，在固定座内通过向心推力球轴承固定有空心传动轴，所述空心传动轴一端通过传动机构与转动电机连接，另一端与至少三个卡爪转动传动臂连接；在空心传动轴内设置有活动轴，所述活动轴的一端通过轴承固定连接有卡爪连接盘，活动轴的另一端与活动轴驱动机构连接，所述卡爪连接盘的圆周上通过转销连接有与卡爪转动传动臂可转动连接的卡爪，在活动轴上与空心传动轴两端相应的位置分别固定有空心传动轴定位套。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卡具，其特征在于，所述活动轴驱动机构包括驱动汽缸，所述驱动汽缸的活塞杆与套在活动轴上的推拉板连接，推拉板通过位于推拉板两侧并与活动轴连接的锁母定位。
3、根据权利要求2所述的卡具，其特征在于，在活动轴上固定有限位板，所述限位板的侧面设置有调整锁母。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的卡具，其特征在于，在汽缸的活塞杆上固定连接有过渡杆，所述过渡杆通过螺栓与推拉板连接，螺栓连接处的螺孔为长螺孔。
5、根据权利要求2或3所述的卡具，其特征在于，所述推拉板两侧的锁母上设置有沿活动轴径向的顶丝。
6、根据权利要求1所述的卡具，其特征在于，空心传动轴与转动电机之间的传动机构为链传动机构。
