Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种杆端关节轴承,旨在提供一种结构简单、可靠性好、制造工艺简单、使用寿命长,不会生锈的杆端关节轴承。它包括有杆端壳体,在杆端壳体的头部镶嵌有可转动的中间有孔的球体,杆端壳体的尾部制有供连接用的螺纹孔,其特征在于所述的杆端壳体是用工程塑料制成的,球体是用不锈钢制成的。所述的球体与杆端壳体之间镶嵌有用尼龙制作的衬垫。该杆端关节轴承,球体用不锈钢制成,杆端壳体用工程塑料制成,它们不会生锈,而且耐磨损,耐冲击,在使用中只要有水冷却或作润滑剂就可保持在高速条件下长期工作,特别适合在喷水织机等机械产品上使用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种关节轴承,更具体地说涉及一种杆端关节轴承。
背景技术
现有的杆端关节轴承一般是用金属制成杆端壳体,在杆端壳体头部镶嵌有可转动的金属球体组成,为了减小金属球体与杆端壳体之间的磨损,有的在球体与杆端壳体之间用铜或自润滑材料作衬垫。对在高速运动的杆端关节轴承还必须时常添加润滑油,但即便如此这些杆端关节轴承还是损坏频繁,而且一不留神没有及时更换,还会引起别的机件损坏。在潮湿的工作环境中还会产生生锈。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有产品中存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单、可靠性好、制造工艺简单、使用寿命长,不会生锈的杆端关节轴承。
为了达到上述要求,本实用新型是这样实现的:它包括有杆端壳体,在杆端壳体的头部镶嵌有可转动的中间有孔的球体,杆端壳体的尾部制有供连接用的螺纹孔,其特征在于所述的杆端壳体是用工程塑料制成的,球体是用不锈钢制成的。
所述的球体与杆端壳体之间镶嵌有用尼龙制作的衬垫。
按照上述方案制造的杆端关节轴承,球体用不锈钢制成,杆端壳体用工程塑料制成,它们不会生锈,而且耐磨损,耐冲击,在使用中只要有水冷却或作润滑剂就可保持在高速条件下长期工作,特别适合在喷水织机等机械产品上使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
从图1、图2看出,杆端关节轴承它包括有杆端壳体1,杆端壳体1是用尼龙制成的,在杆端壳体1的头部镶嵌有可转动的中间有孔2的球体3,球体3,用不锈钢制成的,在杆端壳体1的尾部用外圆滚花4的带螺纹孔5的嵌件6,在注塑时将其镶嵌在杆端壳体1的尾部,制有供连接用的螺纹孔5。当然,杆端壳体1除了用尼龙制成外,也不排除使用其他的工程塑料来制作。
除了上述的实施例外,还可以在上述球体3与杆端壳体1之间镶嵌有用尼龙制作的衬垫7,球体3相对衬垫7可转动,所述的尼龙是纳米尼龙。使得球体3与杆端壳体1之间更具耐磨性和强度其结构如图3所示。

1.杆端关节轴承,包括有杆端壳体,在杆端壳体的头部镶嵌有可转动的中间有孔的球体,杆端壳体的尾部制有供连接用的螺纹孔,其特征在于所述的杆端壳体是用工程塑料制成的,球体是用不锈钢制成的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杆端关节轴承,其特征在于所述的工程塑料为尼龙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的杆端关节轴承,其特征在于所述的球体与杆端壳体之间镶嵌有用尼龙制作的衬垫,球体相对衬垫可转动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杆端关节轴承,其特征在于所述的尼龙是纳米尼龙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杆端关节轴承,其特征在于所述的螺纹孔是用外圆滚花的带螺纹孔的嵌件注在杆端壳体的尾部形成的。
