(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种关节轴承,尤其是涉及一种内螺纹式增强型关节轴承。
(二)背景技术
目前,关节轴承使用于有规律的倾斜运动、摆动运动及低下的旋转运动,广泛应用于汽车、汽轮机、印刷、纺织机械等领域。然而常规的关节轴承直接将关节球嵌置于壳体内,并在关节球和壳体之间加入润滑油以减少摩擦,然而由于关节轴承在工作时,关节球和壳体的表面产生摩擦,一段时间后,关节轴承的工作面经常出现磨损、点蚀甚至脱落导致轴承无法正常工作。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种可靠性高、耐磨性好且使用寿命长的内螺纹式增强型关节轴承。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种内螺纹式增强型关节轴承,包含有关节球和壳体,所述关节球为中心开孔的球体,所述壳体中心开有一与关节球相匹配的通孔,所述关节球通过该通孔嵌置于壳体内,所述壳体内壁开有凹槽,所述凹槽内设有衬垫,所述衬垫为掺有特氟龙的增强尼龙,所述关节球与上述衬垫之间加有硅油,所述壳体上连接有一伸出杆,所述伸出杆中心开有螺孔,所述关节球材质为轴承钢,壳体材质为合金钢。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型内螺纹式增强型关节轴承,在关节球和壳体之间加入掺有特氟龙的增强尼龙作为衬垫,由于掺有特氟龙的增强尼龙具有极高的耐磨性,并且加入硅油作为润滑剂,因而关节轴承具有较好的耐磨性能,同时在使用时也不会因磨损过大而出现脱落现象,大大增强了其安全性能,延长了关节轴承的使用寿命。
