Abstract

本实用新型提供一种镶嵌有固体润滑剂的滑动轴承抽油杆防磨器,防磨器本体由防磨扶正块、滑动轴承套构成,其特征在于:滑动轴承套的表面均匀开设有若干孔穴,孔穴内可镶嵌有润滑剂,使防磨器本体与抽油杆构成滑动转动副。使防磨器本体在工作时与井壁接触时,产生相对摩擦运动,降低了之间的摩擦系数,减少了井管的磨损,提高了抽油泵的工作效率,同时也延长防磨器的使用寿命。本实用新型克服了现有防磨器摩擦力较大,功率损失高的不足,具有耐磨、抗腐蚀、结构简单等特点。

本实用新型是对现有油田用抽油杆防磨器的改进,提供了一种镶嵌有固体润滑剂的滑动轴承抽油杆防磨器,属于采油机械设备结构技术领域。
背景技术
在油田的采油过程中为减少抽油杆与油管内壁的磨损,人们在抽油杆的接箍上加装有防磨器,以减少抽油杆与油管内壁的磨损,同时扶正抽油杆,延长其使用寿命;但常规的防磨器为简单的套筒结构,紧箍在抽油杆上,因此,在实际使用过程中,由于防磨器与油管内壁的摩擦力很大,所以经常出现严重的偏磨现象,加大了抽油机的功耗,影响了生产效率。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种镶嵌有固体润滑剂的滑动轴承抽油杆防磨器,具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、自润滑功能,克服了现有防磨器使用寿命较短,抽油机功率损失大的缺点。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:防磨器本体由防磨扶正块、滑动轴承套构成,其特征在于:滑动轴承套的表面均匀开设有若干孔穴,孔穴内可镶嵌有润滑剂,使防磨器本体与抽油杆构成自润滑转动副。
所述的滑动轴承套采用高力黄铜材料制成。
防磨扶正块的表面设有若干临界斜向导流槽。
本实用新型的积极效果在于:防磨器的轴承套上开设润滑孔穴,通过镶嵌润滑剂(如:二硫化钼、石墨、干黄油等润滑材料),使防磨器本体在工作时与油管内壁接触时,产生相对摩檫运动,降低了之间的摩檫系数,减少了油管的磨损,提高了抽油泵的工作效率,同时也延长防磨器的使用寿命。
本实用新型具有耐磨、抗腐蚀、结构简单、不受井内液体制约等特点。扶正块周向开设的临界斜向导流槽,在液体过流或随抽油杆转动及上下冲程时随机换位旋转,保证扶正块内外均匀磨损及与管壁等距离接触。经济实用,易于推广。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,滑动轴承套2由高力黄铜材料制成,其表面均匀开设有若干孔穴3,孔穴3中镶嵌有固体润滑剂石墨,防磨扶正块1内套装有滑动轴承套2,其表面设有4条临界斜向导流槽4,该导流槽4与轴向成50~60°夹角,保证液体过流时自转,时刻保持抽油杆与管壁之间等距离。

2、根据权利要求1所述的防磨器,其特征在于:防磨扶正块的表面设有若干临界斜向导流槽。
