技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烧嘴,尤其是一种用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴。
背景技术
在密闭电石炉的生产过程中,其尾气是一种含CO浓度比较高的气体,热值一般在2700kcal/Nm3左右,属于中热值气体。由于电石厂的原料又一半是石灰,故利用可燃尾气来煅烧石灰是电石厂不可缺少的一道工序。以往,在电石行业采用的烧嘴多是铸造外壳和普通钢制作的内管,烧嘴口的火焰分布不均匀,容易产生堵塞,从而损坏烧嘴,且由此引起的回火事故很多。因此,如何解决烧嘴口的火焰分布,排除回火事故的发生是电石行业急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种火焰分布均匀、耐高温、不回火、可视的用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴。本实用新型的技术方案是如此实现的:
用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,包括带有助燃气连接管接口(2)的外壳管(3)和设于其内的内管(5),内管(5)的一端设有气孔(4),所述气孔(4)呈环形均匀分布,靠内管(5)的另一端处设有两与其垂直布置的贯通接口(7),观察镜(10)通过管接头(9)连接在内管(5)的尾部。
作为优选,所述外壳管(3)与内管(5)之间由法兰(6)连接。
作为优选,所述两贯通接口(7)为一备一用。
作为优选,所述外壳管(3)为钢管。
作为优选,所述内管(5)为高耐热管。
作为优选,所述内管(5)为高耐热管。
作为优选,所述呈环形分布的气孔(4)在各圆周上交错分布。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过实施例,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例:参考附图,用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,包括带有助燃气连接管接口(2)的外壳管(3)和设于其内的内管(5),外壳管(3)与内管(5)之间由法兰(6)连接,便于更换。外壳管(3)为钢管,内管(5)为高耐热管。
内管(5)的一端设有气孔(4),所述气孔(4)呈环形均匀分布,且气孔(4)在各圆周上交错分布。
靠内管(5)的另一端处设有两与其垂直布置的贯通接口(7),用于接通电石尾气(8)。两贯通接口(7)为一备一用。
观察镜(10)通过管接头(9)连接在内管(5)的尾部。观察镜(10)采用耐热玻璃制成。
工作时,助燃气(1),使其通过助燃气连接管接口(2)、外壳管(3)进入到气孔(4)处,电石尾气(8)通过接口(7)和内管(5)进入到气孔(4)处,两气体在气孔(4)处充分混合后将其点燃,进行充分燃烧。在这个过程中可随时通过尾部的观察镜(10)观察气体的燃烧情况,以便随时进行调节。

1、用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,包括带有助燃气连接管接口(2)的外壳管(3)和设于其内的内管(5),内管(5)的一端设有气孔(4),其特征在于所述气孔(4)呈环形均匀分布,靠内管(5)的另一端处设有两与其垂直布置的贯通接口(7),观察镜(10)通过管接头(9)连接在内管(5)的尾部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,其特征在于所述外壳管(3)与内管(5)之间由法兰(6)连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,其特征在于所述两贯通接口(7)为一备一用。
4、根据权利要求1所述的用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,其特征在于所述外壳管(3)为钢管。
5、根据权利要求1所述的用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,其特征在于所述内管(5)为高耐热管。
6、根据权利要求1所述的用于电石炉的高热值不回火烧嘴,其特征在于所述呈环形分布的气孔(4)在各圆周上交错分布。
