本实用新型涉及一种纵剪机收卷缩放机构。
背景技术:
现有技术中纵剪机收卷缩放机构的活动弧形板张开时,操作工人将已剪钢带端部送到收卷辊弧形板内并折弯端部,劳动强度大而且不安全。参见图1,当收卷辊轴1在外力作用下向左侧移动时,锲形爪3固有的斜面推动圆周上均布的弧形板2张开,外筒10与弧形板2用螺栓11连接,也跟着张开,当已裁剪好的钢带头4钩住外筒10时,收卷开始。以往钢带头4钩住外筒10的工作要人工来完成,钢带头4一一被折弯嵌入外筒10的缝隙中并要折弯,劳动强度大、效率低且不安全。
发明内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种改进的纵剪机收卷缩放机构,主要解决工人的劳动强度和安全问题,同时增加了收卷机的可靠性,提高了单位生产效益。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该纵剪机收卷缩放机构,其特征在于纵剪机收卷缩放机构中设置有夹紧器,夹紧器设置有支承板、片头压板、片弹簧和摩擦条,支承板安装在收卷辊轴上,片弹簧安装在外筒上,片弹簧和片头压板固定连接,摩擦条固定在片头压板上。
本实用新型所述摩擦条采用聚氨酯材料,片弹簧和片头压板用螺钉固定。
本实用新型将纵剪机收卷缩放机构中人工牵引已剪钢带端部到收卷辊变为收卷辊自动执行,从根本上解决了劳动强度大且不够安全等问题。

具体实施方式:
参见图1~图5,本实用新型实施例纵剪机收卷缩放机构在原来的外筒10和锲形爪3之间加入一个夹紧器,夹紧器由支承板5、片头压板6、螺钉7、片弹簧8和聚氨脂条9组成。支承板5也有类似于锲形爪3的斜面,被安装在收卷辊轴1上,片弹簧8安装在外筒10上,片弹簧8和片头压板6通过螺钉7固定连接,聚氨酯条9固定在片头压板6上。
当收卷辊轴1如图1所示向右移动时,带着鍥形爪3移动,弧形板2和外筒10向轴心方向收拢,钢带头4即可进入收卷机的片头压板6与外筒10之间的缝隙中,当确认钢带头4有效进入后,收卷辊轴1开始向左移动,安装在收卷辊轴1上的支承板5同步移动,其斜面接触片头压板6,使得片头压板6靠近并夹紧钢带头4,片头压板6上镶嵌的聚氨脂条9在夹紧钢带头4时起着增大摩擦力的作用。在支承板5移动时,鍥形爪3也同向移动,由于两者结构的差别,片头压板6与外筒10共同作用夹紧钢带头4时,鍥形爪3推动弧形板2和外筒10张开,直到收卷开始。下料时,收卷辊轴1向图1所示右向移动,支承板5与弧形板2一起收拢,片头压板6在片弹簧8的弹性作用力下自动松开钢带头4,下料变的很容易。

1、一种纵剪机收卷缩放机构,其特征在于:纵剪机收卷缩放机构中设置有夹紧器,夹紧器设置有支承板、片头压板、片弹簧和摩擦条,支承板安装在收卷辊轴上,片弹簧安装在外筒上,片弹簧和片头压板固定连接,摩擦条固定在片头压板上。
